Timbrell’s Yard reserves the right to charge the full amount for reinstatement of items found to have gone missing or to have broken.Please note, only some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Guests should contact the property for additional details.Group bookings of 3–5 rooms have a cancellation policy of 14 days. This rule is also applied to individual bookings of 5 nights or more.We offer group rates for bookings of 6+ rooms and they must be cancelled outside of 28 days to avoid a cancellation charge. Full payment is required 14 days/28 days prior for the above bookings.
