I loved everything about this hotel. Clean, large spacious well appointed room. Extremely well located across from the Tower of London with DLR and two Underground stations 3 - 5 minutes walk. Ideal. 10 out of 10 for me.

We’ve stayed a few times now and think the Superior Studio Suites are spacious and well appointed, offering good value given the hotel amenities and great location. The restaurant is always excellent and is worth a visit for non-residents, which is how we discovered the hotel in the first place. At the current time there is some construction work going on nearby. Once inside, you won’t be aware of it though.

The location was amazing and everything was very conveniently located. Subway station is right next to the hotel, which is a big class.Also, the staff was helpful and breakfast in the morning was good.

I enjoyed a lovely two-night stay in mid April , while attending a conference. Checking in was a breeze, though at no point during the booking was it made clear a deposit would be taken during the stay. Not a problem, of course, but the communication was poor there I was upgraded to a Suite, which was delightful. I have mobility issues and the upgrade was greatfully received. Staff were charming and attentive - human and charismatic. My (bizarre) request for a desk fan (on top of the aircon) was acquiesced too during the late evening. I certainly know Tower Suites is a solid and wonderful choice, and I’ll return. Next time I’ll bring my partner - the location was excellent, for cabs, for the tube and for walking. I didn’t dine during this stay, but I look forward to sampling the cuesine (and potentially room service) in the future. Thank you for adding the finishing touches to my London Weekend Away - for spotlessly cleaning the room and swiftly replenishing the complimentary beverages and products. I will be back! You’ve impressed me and treated me excellently well. :)

They upgraded us to a suite that was wonderful. We wanted a kitchen and got a full one that even included a dishwasher and washer/dryer. It was like a modern one-bedroom apartment just across from the Tower of London. Our only complaint was the bed was hard.

A stylish and spotless hotel in a fab London City location. We stayed for 4 nights up-graded to a premium double with kitchen. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. It overlooked the Tower of London and had a huge comfortable bed. Sound proofing was very good so we slept well. The hotel is so well located for access to transport links. The DLR is literally across the road and Tower Hill Tube round the corner. It’s also 5 minutes walk down to the river for river boats.
