Everything was fine, but there was some confusion with certain things, like the first night we went for dinner they told us there werent any baby seats, and when we came to breakfast, someone brought us one, also fruitshoots were in the fridge but they wouldnt sell them, even though the manager later gave us a one. They were very good as one of our party couldnt attend and we had prepaid breakfast so they gave both of us dinner. On the Monday at 10.30 i came down to find it closed at 10 during the week, however on weekends it was 11, we hadnt been informed about this. Even though there is he small note that we found later with this information, it is kind of her fault but could have been clearer. The lovely ladies who worked at the restaurant clearing up breakfast on monday, october 23rd, were nice and gave me bananas and pancakes for the baby which was very nice of them! There is 100% service there. Also, the staff who cleaned the rooms all weekend were extremely nice

I stayed here for one night, the room was fine, a bit expensive. The breakfast was terrible, but the best part was the baked beans. I only received five stars for service on sunday morning when i went to reception to request more milk for our room and the young lady on duty was so lovely, cheerful, and happy she was credited to you. All of the staff in the breakfast hall were looking unsatisfied. On the same morning, we also saw at least two of your room attendants, who were lovely and welcoming, saying good morning with smiles.

The location is strategic, with easy access to local attractions and activities. And then, the atmosphere was so peaceful with the view from the room. After that, bhanu at the reception was very kind and welcoming. Subsequently, they also provide a quiet floor.

Southwark travelodge was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We slept well both nights after a busy day of sightseeing with lots of walking. Hotel is not far from tube station.

I just spent the weekend at the travelodge central southwark. The hotel is decent enough and has clean, comfortable rooms. Jenny, who runs breakfast, was particularly attentive and friendly, especially when a small child took out large amounts of stuff she didnt want to keep down. When it came to dealing with this, the staff was very quick to move around and allowed those around to go while they cleaned up. Unfortunately, from there, things ended up in this place. I decided to lie in so put out the do not disturb sign out, which housekeeping ignored and began tapping on my door and even entered the room when there wasnt i got reprimand. Travelodegh needs to train their housekeepers to understand what dnd means because ive been very dissatisfied and upset about being disturbed. After that, before checkout at midday, another of the best travel agency staff knocked on the door again to see if ill be checking out. And he said yes, until midnight when im ready! Otherwise, it was ok.

The noise from the station and broken air conditioning made sleeping difficult. However, the staff were very helpful and the bed was comfortable and had everything you would expect inside.

For ps 60 per night, its a good deal. Ive stayed at several different travel agencies in london, and this is by far the best value i have ever had, with the exception of some unusually cheap stays in 2020. Its obviously tastier than glamping, so dont anticipate gourmet, but this place is ideal for anyone with hardly any time to spare in London, even if its only an hour at 11 oclock. For tourists, it is perfect. Families seemed very welcome, there were many people running around late at night and taking their vacation seriously.

Perfect location near the subway station. Good price compared to other hotels in the area. The room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children but our goal was to spend time in museums and parks instead of hotel room english breakfast. Free for children.

I believe some of the rooms face inwards towards a space above the cafe. If possible, reserve if possible i have arranged reserving e o r on the 6th or 7th floor for dazzling views. Breakfast is very average - there are many better options nearby. Of course, great value, super clean and comfortable.

The two gentlemen at the bar, bhani and milad, were excellent, very helpful and accommodating, as was the lady at reception (sorry, but i didnt get her name). The room was basic but clean, with a nice view of the shards. Overall, I highly recommend it as if you want to explore.

It is located in the heart of the city. So its in a great location. Close to the office we had to go to. The staff or especially one man, an older gentleman whose name i dont regret, was very friendly. Actually, he is the reason the review is better. Because she was extremely attentive and open. Room was fine. Air conditioning was really noisy. We turned it off. Right next to train tracks. Was wondering where the noise came from but given that the tracks were right in front of our window, it wasnt too loud. Breakfast was alright. I missed some fresh veggies and fruit. However, they had eggs and almost everything for an english breakfast. But the hash browns were very greasy and didnt taste as good. If you want to be in town and have good value for money, its fine, but dont expect too much. Its ok for slept in bed, and for that its altrue.

The rooms have been renovated in the past year, the views arent spectacular, but it is a good place to have as 'base' for when you are in London. No frills type of hotel, basic but comfortable enough. Great location only ten minutes walk from southwark tube station and 10 minutes walking distance from waterloo.

This place has a great location. Its primarily based on the travel experience, so there are no frills involved. Overall, it offered good value. Our superior room on our 7th floor was quiet, making it incredibly comfortable, which helped us sleep well. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff at the reception and cafe were courteous and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near a tube station. Although the rooms may use some cleaning, they are generally fine overall. However, there were some issues with the air conditioners throughout the entire hotel. My room had incredibly nice views. I do believe that the price is excessively expensive given what has been offered.

The accommodation was fantastic, and the location was excellent. Lakshmi and alex are incredibly kind and made our transition very simple. We were assisted in finding the room by lak shmis exceptional comfort. For the price they are offering, i recommend it.

The service provided was exceptional, making my stay incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be returning. As always, it was a fantastic experience. It was extremely helpful that i was allowed to leave my bags before checkin. Bhanu, the receptionist ive worked with, was also able to assist me in fulfilling my requests.

This hotel is a great base to visit anywhere in central london. It is within walking distance to many attractions or, if necessary, tube services, buses, etc. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious and prepared for the day ahead.

I stayed here for a business trip. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. Towels were fluffy. Its incredibly suitable for college crowds or budget family holidays.

I stayed on the 5th floor and faced the courtyard. This was great because it meant i wasnt at the back of the hotel and didnt hear any noise from the nearby train tracks. The hotel is modern enough and of standard youd expect for a busy london travelodge. Carpets in the hallway needed to be cleaned. My room was very clean and tidy and everything was in good condition. However, the room had hints of dampness and the shower curtain definitely needed replacing as there was some mold on it. Hot water was plentiful and nice and hot. I would stay again for the price ive paid, about ps 85 per night for late christmas. Its best feature because its ten minutes walk from both waterloo station in one direction and 10 minutes walking from borough market in another.

The hotel is conveniently located near all lodging options (subway, bus, tesco, restaurants, etc.). Breakfast was adequate and reasonably priced for a family with children. The staff was satisfactory. Even though the room was directly above the 'Lord Nelson's bar, there was no noise disturbance. Room cleanliness was good, towels were changed on request, and there wasnt any disturbance from outside.
