I would recommend the restaurants services to everyone. This hotel is nice, and there are many kind employees here. I thought id leave a comment because i had some great conversations with a lady in the restaurant here. She speaks to all her staff respectfully and shows such interest in staying here. Ive seen her show a lot of empathy in difficult situations, such as family being homeless or even people feeling lonely. She continues to smile and her work ethic is amazing. As a stayer here, i would recommend the restaurants services 100%.

The location was excellent for our destination, with easy access to larger attractions and free parking, which was a nice touch. The room was impeccably clean. However, it would have been a perfect stay if it hadnt been for the cleaner who greeted us in the morning and told us we had already checked out, despite the fact that we had paid for a late checkout.

My stay was made even more enjoyable by your ability to handle every request with efficiency and a smile. Danyal, your professionalism and friendly demeanor were the highlights of my stay. Its truly commendable for your commitment to guest satisfaction!.

Kami pertama-tama membersihkan kamar kami sendiri.

A tall man named danyal provided exceptional service from checkin to checkout. His eagerness to assist, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the area, transformed a brief trip into a longterm stay. We are grateful for your assistance!.

I am currently staying in temporary accommodation at the travel lodge hotel in chessington while waiting for property from the council. After being here for a while, there are three staff members who merit medals. Aleesha and moe at the restaurant are the best when they work they provide the best customer service ive seen in a long time. They are so helpful and pleasant to be around, always greeting with a big smile. Ive had some stuff days here and have found it difficult to live in a hotel but aleesha has been like my angel she always listens to me and makes me smile again and i know its not just me that feels this way she has helped many of us here just by listening and understanding for us at this difficult time in our lives. Jone at reception also deserves a medal with excellent customer service skills. Always go above and beyond to help others and always with a big smile on her face. Love them to bits and will never forget the love they have shown me my son and daughter during our stay.

Excellent service as well. They kept the bar open for us later than they normally do because we were hungry. Excellent for a travel lodge.

I want to thank david for being the epitome of hospitality during my stay at travelodge. Your combination of professionalism and personal touch made for the perfect welcome. Thank you for being an amazing part of my travel story and for all the small things that made a big difference.

The room was clean and tidy. The location of the room gave a great view of the london skyline. The only downside was that the bath tap could not operate the shower. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Convenient location for our visit to the area.

Despite all the negative reviews, i chose to stay at this hotel, and im glad i did! Despite being rated 2 stars, the hotel is satisfactory. Its in a convenient location, with plenty of shops and restaurants, making it ideal for families. Breakfast is offered in the morning, and there is a good selection. I really have nothing to complain about.

I am really impressed with this hotel for several reasons. Mainly, though, it is very heartwarming to see a place filled with such friendly, hardworking and kind staff. It makes a real difference in this world! Madalina and modalina really looked after me on my first night in the restaurant. They were welcoming, kind and served me great food! I was not sure what to expect but was so happy with my experience that i stayed longer, went to the restaurant every night and looked forward to seeing their smiles! Overall, the hotel is probably one of the best ive stayed in. Everything is in working order, clean and easy to use. There is a great sense of community and safety. Of course, the location of this travel lodge is great. Also, the food is out of this world to be honest, restaurant standard! The menu choices, tastes and flavours, portion sizes, and service are excellent! Thank you for having me, especially to madalina and modalina! I will be back.
