Good rooms at reasonable prices. The rooms are always clean and tidy, so ive never been let down. The staff is helpful. Accessing the hotel can be difficult because the main entrance is sometimes locked, but you may need to contact the staff via intercom to gain access.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and wellequipped. The breakfast is delicious. The location is central but a bit of a walk from the station. Very good value for money. We will definitely stay again.

Akomodasinya sederhana. Barnya sederhana dan seringkali tidak ada orang yang hadir. Sarapannya juga sederhana.

Hotel ini terletak di pusat perbelanjaan utama di Feltham dan memiliki banyak restoran cepat saji dan bar di dekatnya. Kebersihan hotel sangat baik. Sarapan adalah layanan mandiri tetapi makanannya berkualitas tinggi. Staf yang sopan dan ramah. Nilai bagus. Parkir dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar PS 11 per malam, jadi berhati-hatilah.

The service provided by tracey and natalia was exceptional, with the ladies dressed smartly and politely. They were extremely helpful and explained the parking situation and the services offered by the hotel. We had a restful nights sleep at the hotel, which was impeccably clean and impressive. We eagerly anticipate our next visit.

There are many dining options in the area, including halal restaurants. Major shopping centers and leading stores are all close by. There is a 285 bus stop nearby, and it takes around 25 minutes to get to heathrow central bus station.

The staff was absolutely lovely, the rooms werent very nice, the pillows were lumpy which gave me a headache, the bed was too hard, the only good thing was the staff, jasmine was so lovely and chatty, she was a pleasure to talk to. Bravo, jasmine.

As a stopover between flights, it was fine. The bed was fine, albeit the room was a touch dirty.

I had an amazing experience with the hotel during my journey. Its located in a quiet district which is quite interesting because the airport and railway are very close. Its quite far from the city center, but public transport couldnt solve it. Compared to surprisingly low prices, it looks very nice, offers a wide range of services and the staff are friendly and professional. They helped us several times and im so happy i chose this hotel to stay!.

Kamar yang kami tempati berada di lantai 8 dan ada suara mesin 24 jam sehari. Pelayanan untuk keluarga yang datang dengan anak-anak yang membutuhkan makanan.

4,6/54 Feb 2023

There is no extractor fan in the bathroom and one of the lifts is not working. According to other reviews, this is an ongoing problem. Is the hotel also housing asylum seekers? There was an asda trolley next to the elevator. The room was clean and adequate for the price and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a problem with a phone alarm and music noise in the morning from the next door. A member of staff came and fixed it. A phone in the room to reception would be useful. The hotel is very well located in the town center, with weatherspoons, asda, banks, lots of shops and cafes right outside your door, and its also in a good location for the buses and train station. Its a tired hotel and needs some tlc.

The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. They are cross trained and this shows how they can go a little further. Secure location and access. Clean tidy rooms and overall clean location. I was a bit unfortunate to follow someone who fingered paint with s t under the nightstand.
