Staying here for the graduation of my daughter, this is an ideal location. Just a slight negative: As there is no car park on site, it was a bit of a hassle to drop off our stuff and check in. Then there was the trek to get to our room. Regrettably, no lifts, so dripping in sweat when we got to our room. Once, everything was in the room, it was a case of driving our car to one of the designated car parks, and then walking back(took circa 15-18minutes). This is really the only very slight issue. Weigh this up with the fact that you are on campus, and everything is in easy walking distance.(Exeter town centre is only about 1.5miles away). The breakfast is excellent too. The cherry on the cake was the awesome sunset and view. To sum up, highly recommended to anyone staying for a graduation or other event.

Nice, safe, quaint place to stay with large desk, fridge. Shower is quite small, but it works well. No toiletries were included, but you can ask at the reception as needed. Most additional items could be availabe upon request. For a budget friendly place within Exeter Campus it's a great choice.

What a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful too. Breakfast was great too. Easy walk into the city centre and bus no4 stops in the beautiful grounds . The views from the dining room are amazing. What value for money it was. Will stay again and highly recommend it. Free parking is a bonus.

The accommodation was ideal and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had (with gluten free and dairy free options readily available) The only thing to consider is that the car park isn’t exactly close to the halls and it’s an up hill walk back to the room

Couldn’t fault it for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Although very hot, due to the weather and no fan etc. Breakfast was great. Will definitely return.

The only negative aspect of the stay was parking, given that you advertise free parking and the picture shows a large parking area. Otherwise a cute room with enough of what I needed for a night away. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, thank you all

It was a safe facility. The room was clean and organised with clean and fresh beddings and towels. Finding rooms was not easy.

Great option for a low cost stay within easy walking distance of the centre. Free parking- reception will provide a pass to display in your car. Good, clean rooms with tea & coffee making facilities. Towels and a small bar of soap provided, but no shampoo or shower gel. Excellent breakfast with plenty of hot and cold dishes, vegan/ vegetarian options, juices, tea and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

The buffet breakfast was excellent: there were wide choices to suit every taste. The reception staff were exceptional: we have seldom encountered such a welcoming, considerate team. They did all they could to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. During our stay, there was extensive building work being carried out on the campus -which resulted in diversions and restricted parking spaces - but this was obviously a temporary problem.

Liked common areas to eat and socialise which were spacious. Did not like the closure of the dedicated nearby parking when no building was taking place. The reception staff were responsive and helpful when there were any issues. Some noise from other guests around 1pm. Excellent views and free facilities eg sports. A really enjoyable stay for 50th anniversary alumni - thank you all.
