For first time visit review very nice place to stay for 3 star hotel with good parking and secure. Only thing I would change is give better quality thicker pillows for better night sleep. As the pillows I had were so thin, Some additional information could be provided in the rooms with what’s for breakfast et cetera and booking out times. As I found the booking information provided on the website and the email for a booking site was one hour difference, so I was confused when the booking out was available. Very nice and clean rooms and friendly staff while recommend a visit.

Nice hotel in a good position overlooking the river. Good bar with terrace. Maybe the whole place could do with a decorative update, but no problem with the double room which was clean and comfortable. Definately would stay again.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at The Thames and loved the views of the river and the balcony. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel could maybe do with a little updating but in general was a welcoming place to stay.

A WARM FADED CHARM.Very friendly Staff and Guests.The 1980s Music in the Bar may have matched the Curtains,wallpaper etc in our Room,but it set the mood for a really great night with lovely Food being bought from their Restaurant.Didn't feel like a pariah(excellent Smoking Area) so the London Pride and Chardonnay went down a treat .The Breakfast (7-9.30) next morning was again friendly and top notch(beautiful Scrambled Eggs on a Buffet! .. we could hardly believe it either). feeding our leftover Toast to the Geese rounded off a fabulous stay. Well done Thames Hotel. We LOVE YOU

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the Thames.The parking is excellent and is at the back of the hotel.We had a bedroom with a balcony view overlooking the river which was really good.The shower over the bath was a bit dated but worked really well.Food was good and the breakfast was first class.

Nice hotel staff very friendly, the email reminder is also a good thing as we booked our stay quite a while ago and this was helpful. Restaurant is nice and clean and the breakfast is very good, rooms are comfortable with everything you need, rooms and public areas could do be a little freshening up overall good value for the money

Firstly, the Hotel Manager was fabulous. She has a dry sense of humour a big heart and actually cares. She clearly suffers no fools but rather than the usual sickly veneer of caring when they clearly don't she is honest and, very caring and, as a family, we felt safe. Our children loved her and her very warm and caring style.

Great view, good breakfast.Fans in room. Well decorated bedroom, friendly helpful manager and staff. No lift,on a busy road, dinner service slightly chaotic.
