The room was small but clean, had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The guest kitchen and sitting area was a great bonus and had everything you needed to cook a meal. Nour was the most friendly and helpful host. He arranged a parking permit for £5 pound a day. Easy walking distance to town centre.

terrific welcome very friendly. room was clean nice atmosphre i was impressed with the advice he gave us . noor allways asked how our day went. shops were near by .i have no problems in booking the room again it was a pleasant stay

Lovely accommodation, very clean and beautifully decorated . Very comfortable beds and bathroom was very clean . Owner was very pleasant . Outstanding welcome from staff. Room very clean and well arranged. Unlimmited condiments tea coffee etc. Knowledgeable staff regarding the city attractions. We will definitely be staying again here in the future.
