Staff were very friendly and welcoming, including Dagmar the bar maid. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment hence the 3star for facilities, however the place is spotless. We were given room 407 and it was spacious and perfect. Breakfast was very good with a vast range of choices all freshly cooked. Breakfast staff were also very good, keeping everything clean and replenished. Thank you gasworks we look forward to coming back to see the updated refurbishments.

I loved the room, overlooking a great view outside. Welcoming staff. Good selection of breakfast. Some parts of the bath could do with updating but otherwise love it enough to return.

Comfortable and clean. Good comfortable beds. Crust white linen. Nice restaurant and bar. Easy walking distance to centre. Free parking View of building sight and residential flats on back of hotel was a slight let down but didn’t spoil the stay

As per previous reviews the Hotel is being upgraded but nothing that stopped us enjoying our stay. Always look at what I paid against the quality of the stay and the cost was VFM. On an early flight and was able to take my case to the hotel to store and on arrival the room was ready which was a bonus. Room was clean with what you would expect in this standard of hotel room and if you wanted to find fault then you could but overall the room, for the time stayed in it was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was of a high standard and plenty of it. Not a central hotel 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city centre but this was no issue. Overall for the price per room including breakfast this was a great hotel for us to stay at.

First off the service was excellent and the upgrade to business class was a nice suprise. Staff were accomodating and respond to all inquiries quickly. The hotel is a little dated, but they are upgrading and modernizing so really it's fine. The bed was nice and our air con was a nice touch. We ate breakfast in the dining room every day and it was worth every penny, I've never seen such an impressive spread at a hotel before. We did have dinner one night and the food was decent and the service amazing. The bar staff are also nice. Due warning that the touristy highlights are about a 15min walk away, but it's gives you a chance to see the city and honestly avoid the late night noise. Overall my husband and I would stay here again!

Heated bathroom floor, always appreciated, and complimentary bathrobes and slippers if required. Brilliant idea they have if you don’t want your room serviced then they pop a £5 voucher through your door to use for food in the restaurant also donate to a charity, nice touch. Breakfast was included, continental with a wide range of food to suit all. We dined in just the once and can recommend the seafood chowder followed by chocolate brownie, delicious. Staff, friendly and attentive. 15 minutes walk in to the centre of town, lovely walk also by The Lagan river, approximately 25minutes walk from the Titanic exhibit as well. Would happily come back to this hotel.

The receptionist Lynne was very lovely when we arrived and gave us an upgrade to a suite on the 5th floor which was fabulous with amazing views. Very quiet hotel on the edge of the city. We will definitely stay again!!
