We Stayed in Whites Hotel for just the Sat night and the staff Amica and Becky could not have been more helpful.Our room was lovely and clean could not fault the hotel in any way and we have booked to come back in Decenber would not stay anywhere else now when we visit Newcastle thanks again for all your help Amica and Becky

I had very quiet lovely night. Staff very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate how nice polite staff, I got offered another room when I said it was cold for me in the room. I think previous guest might switched the radiator off. As soon as I got it in number 5 room was warm. I loved it Thanks receptionists and house keepers for excellent services. Parking was perfect and safe.

You get a lot for the price of the room. A comfortable bed, a wonderful large shower with double heads, a large TV where you can access YouTube, netflicks etc. The room is quite small but adequate and the TV covers most of the mirror. It can be quite noisy at the front as there is a bar next door and sometimes the hotel bar is also open.

Ok for a 1 night stay. Staff seemed friendly enough. Room whilst generally clean and bed comfortable was in need of a makeover. There were dusty areas in the corners of the carpet and the shower cubical leaked, as there was no where to hang towel whilst in shower put on floor outside and it got soaking wet. Guess you get what you pay for. Had to pay a £50 security deposit whilst this was made clear when booking I have never been asked to do this before and I have stayed in many many hotels. Also very inflexible with parking. Wanted to pop and get coffee in the. Morning but was told car had to be removed by 11 else I would get a parking fine. Couldn’t even extend for an hour. Close to city centre.
