Rooms, including kitchenettes, were very clean and well maintained. Staff were all friendly and polite and responded quickly to requests for dishwasher soap tabs and Nespresso pod refills for the room

We loved our stay at Wilde. The staff was extremely welcoming, area was perfect walking distance to the Liverpool station and plenty of restaurants. I would 100% stay here again! My only “complaint” would be there aren’t any phones in the room to connect with the front desk. We had to use the WhatsApp chat which is fine but it connects you with an AI bot. I had requested a new set of towels and did not receive them for quite awhile after multiple follow ups. I could have gone to the desk but attempted to use the system they provided.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. The outstanding customer service really made this stay special. I felt well looked after throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in London! The room was pristine, had AC, smelled amazing, the bed was comfortable, it was a perfect hotel room! The staff was so friendly and welcoming especially Daanyal! I had breakfast in the morning and it was delicious some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. The bar on the main floor is so cute great for pictures. This is a must stay hotel

About as good of a micro hotel that you can probably ask for! Small but packs a punch in function and design, all carefully curated. Lobby bar is great with a super cool store to grab something for the room or on the go. We would def. come back! All the staff was super attentive and warm.

I loved everything about the Wilde but unfortunately cannot give five stars since the water pressure in our bathroom was terrible. There was air in the pipes and the flow would just trickle and stop at times…staff gave us access to another suite for showering and even offered us a different suite but it was a hassle to repack and unpack again…I will stay there again provided it is a lower floor and no plumbing issues! Staff are absolutely lovely and I really felt cared for ❤️

Excellent stay and would stay again. Super clean and modern. Liverpool location is steps away from major Liverpool train station. Also it’s so close to amazing food options including Eataly and Ottolenghi. We extended our stay by 2 days and staff was extremely helpful. Loved it!
