A family occasion with about 30 people was held to honor our parents. Their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren gathered. I can't express how pleased we were with the entire Peters family's service. The food was excellent, prepared by 4 lovely young ladies and prepared by Peter and Stacy. It just kept coming. Oscar was excellent behind the bar and made our younger family members happy, and there was never a empty glass. We had a fantastic afternoon, and time flew. We were meant to make room for the evening meal service, but by rp, we were still in the garden, laughing and enjoying the memory of our parents. Our sincere gratitude to Peter and his wonderful family. By the way, great value.

In humankind, a hidden treasure. We're visiting this lovely house for the third time and are already looking forward to our next visit. The house also has a lovely garden. Statue, Peter, and his family are always very welcoming and wonderful hosts. Try the house gins at a fantastic bar restaurant! Highly recommended with many things to do and see in the area. We also always have fantastic weather!.

This family run hotel is once more exceptional. The employee and the manager of this hotel are outstanding. They serve great food and the breakfast is delicious. I noticed that afternoon tea is available, and I can't wait to take some of my customers for a treat. This is a hidden gem of food, selfishly I'm glad not many people noticed. Thanks for the help.

I heartily recommend recommending this family who is keen on letting you come into their lovely home. Beautiful hotel hidden in a tranquil location, run by a lovely family who cares about their customers and is passionate about maintaining the beauty of this Grade 11 Georgian residence. The breakfast is just the right mix of fresh meals including freshly cooked cereal and bread. The room was clean with everything you need, including a comfy bed, plenty of space. This is a lovely hidden gem that we will be using as our home base to explore Yorkshire again and again. Apart from that, I like the waitress, Ella who made us smile and is a valuable part of Statie and Peter's team.
