LOVELY, PUB WAS GETTING VERY BUSY AT 6 O CLOCK TEA-TIME WHICH INDICATED HOW POPULAR IT IS. PRETTY OUTDOOR AREA WITH PLANTS AND FISH WAS BUZZING YET PEACEFUL FOR A FAMILY EVENING, THE ACCOMMODATION WAS SET IN THE GARDENS TO THE REAR OF THE PUB. MY BRICK BUILT B & B CHALET WAS WARM AND COMFORTABLE WITH ALL THAT I NEEDED, EVEN THE ALARM WAS PROVIDED BY THE NEXT DOOR COCKEREL ! I WAS TOLD OF RENOVATIONS TO BE DONE SOON. IN MY OPINION JUST A FEW ODD JOBS ARE NEEDED DUE TO CARELESS GUESTS. VERY QUIET COUNTRYSIDE LOCATION AND I WOULD LOVE TO RETURN FOR A LONGER BREAK. THANKYOU X

I booked a room for a night for Fathers day so my parents dont have to drive home and my parents absolutely enjoyed their stay. Pub was also very good and would definitely book here again.

Booked one night as last minuit stay ,wished id booked 2 nights as ideal location to stay to visit other areas...staff lovely chalet clean warm and comfy...food was nice in pub thats attached...but fish shop is just round corner from pub ... village green and other pubs,shops also there ...

The chalet style accommodation was excellent and helped by the weather we sat out each evening until after dark, the meals were excellent and the breakfasts were so large and tasty we did not need any lunch

Great place to stay with grwt facilities. Lovely spacious room and easy check in. The only thing was that the check out time was incorrect on Expedia to the actual check out time so had to get out of the room earlier than planned.
