Simple and functional but very clean and quiet. Aircon worked really well thankfully. In a convenient location for the DLR too.

I had a great stay at Zedwell - Value for money-wise, this place is unbeatable. Normally, I would avoid a place like this without windows, but somehow Zedwell have managed to make this low-cost stay great. The bed was really comfortable, the room completely quiet and dark, and I had the best sleep in this hotel. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the room. The DLR have a station a few minutes walk away, and you are close to many bars and restaurants in walking distance. A small bedside table would have been great, but overall it worked. Housekeeping only emptied trash, and didn't make the bed. I did not expect it to be made, but it's these small things that makes a hotel stand out. But it's small things, and not a complaint. :) I will be booking this hotel again next time I visit London.

Ideal spot for a person with ADHD who has trouble processing sensory information, such as loud noises. Having a dark, peaceful room with a comfortable bed and Egyptian linens makes this the ideal spot for me to get a good night's sleep. It Is my second stay in one month period and I will definitely coming back soon. I highly recommend

I only stayed at Zedwell for one night, but it was more than enough to leave a great impression. The cleanliness was exceptional—my room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and my short stay smooth and pleasant. Even with such a brief visit, their attentiveness really stood out. Overall, I had a great experience and felt completely satisfied with my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for a longer visit in the future.

Small but perfectly executed rooms. Used as a base, beware beds are low and could be a challenge to some. However, we both slept perfectly. No noise, no distractions. Very clean, shower perfect. Excellent WiFi signal. I would definitely stay again.

As women with noise sensitivity, I had best time at this hotel, very quiet. Room was clean, staff friendly, air conditioned highly appreciated. Mattress was comfortable and bedsheets clean Hotel got you covered with essential items like shampoo, body wash and hand wash + clean towels every day

Clean and in good location. Good price and good bed. But rooms are basic with no windows (as advertised; no surprise).

Clean and friendly hotel. We stayed in a minimalist cocoon room with quality finishes. The A/C worked efficiently and it was quiet. Just excellent for a good nights rest. We found the Dog & Bell pub nearby and absolutely loved it! I'd stay here again for sure. The bus from this location to the core (the Houses of Parliament, Borough Market etc) takes about 40 minutes depending on traffic.
