It was nice with suttle from airport, reception was sleepy during my check in and couldn't find my booked about 30 minutes. No assistant to room, house keeper was nice asking what I needed in my room. Worth it and I got lost weight because different foods habits during breakfast and winter

The lodge was fantastic. The neighborhood was gorgeous. After a few inches of snow, we were able to borrow some of their snow shoes and walk through the forest. The lodgings are cozy and have nice common areas to unwind in. Rex was really helpful in explaining some of the tricks to track the northern lights, which we used daily. When the weather cooperates, the lodge is a fantastic spot for viewing. It is far enough from Fairbanks to feel isolated but not far enough that you cant go back very easily. Neo is also fantastic! We will undoubtedly return!.

I highly recommend this Alcantara Inn to everyone, its worth the price, and the excellent service. If you need something, they will do the same for you. They are courteous and do not bother to clean the house from the inside and out.

Although I am unable to identify the building or the hotel, I did smell the recent renovation. The color on the walls didn't indicate the amenities or the time of checkout. The room was clean with no issues. The shuttle was broken and I was on my own for a ride back to the airport, the shuttle didn't arrive and was not marked. At least I informed the front desk that I would book a taxi, which was thankfully only a few minutes away, so I didn't miss a trip. The cab driver was from Kenya, and we had a nice conversation on the way back to the airport. This hotel will not be on the approved vendor list because I've just started a project here.

We had a great time here. Everyone offered us restaurants recommendations, local sightseeing ideas, and general region information, and was very friendly and helpful. Our room offered amazing views. Because there are mountains all around it, I don't think there is a room with an awful view. There is a convenient local bus that runs a loop around town and the hotel. We didn't want to drive ourselves because it was great to eat in town. The entire area was breathtaking, and it came into a mini-blizzard on the evening we arrived. Can't wait to return someday.

Staff at Hilton Anchorage were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. As we waited for the horse and carriage fur-bard activities, they noticed how cold we were. The assistant manager director brought us hot chocolate! It was a wonderful surprise and genuinely appreciated! They are centrally located and a short walk to the Alaskan Railway Station. Next time I'm in Anchorage, I'll definitely stay at the Hilton!.

The hotel is very comfortable and strategic, very close to anywhere. I was extremely pleasantly surprised to find a staff member who was genuinely accommodating and helpful.

When we got to our vehicle, both our vehicle and our snacks were still in nice shape. There was a sign advising guests to be careful while drinking and not leaving food in their car as soon as they arrived at the resort at the foot of the mountains. The ski lifts at this ski resort and the tram that will take you to the top of the mountain are included. We didn't pay to use the tram because of the cloudy and rainy weather when we visited. We walked inside to a coffee shop, made a hazelnut latte, and sat in a huge, comfy chair in front of a roaring fireplace while enjoying the mountains and the surroundings. It was really relaxing. I believe that this would be a lovely resort to remain in because it is attractive and offers many food choices.

The spa was excellent, make sure to make reservations in advance. The restaurant's staff, valet service, and housekeeping all excel. The reception is difficult to get in touch with. For the Northern Lights, a call was set up. However, other pals had it. We were not the only ones who might have ignored our call, but we did discover that the next day and the following night while we were attempting to find them. I am so sorry that I miss them since it was my birthday.

We stayed 3 nights here. Beautiful area Pierce and his wife were filling in for the owner and were fantastic. We stayed in the mining room with a bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. The room was a good size. They put breakfast out every morning. Nice back porch to relax on. Great place to stay outside of Fairbanks.

The only positive thing here is the employees. For a group tour, there is nothing we could have asked for. The last three days were spent in the hilton anchorage. The check-in and check-out were both so enjoyable. Although we had some issues, they were quickly fixed.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. There is a common dining and living room area with plenty of room to roam. Access to a large kitchen area. Our host was very helpful and provided us with breakfast supplies the previous night when we had to leave well before their breakfast time.

Stayed at the resort for two nights. The room was clean and the bedding was crisp and comfortable. Quality to reception is anticipated for the price. All channels were fuzzy while the optional pay per view was clear. No more books in the room to show what is happening such as menus of inhouse restaurants, business hours of sundries or any general local area information, not even a or code for tech savvy. We ate at a couple places and found the food to be very good. Our first meal was at forte and found it very good with welcome upgrades. They offer moscato but only in bottle form so we splurge. No free bread, you have to buy something else. It was seminar with dollops of butter, I will not order it again. I suggest getting something else. We also ate at the aurora bar grill after our spa time. The bar stir fry was good with a lot of sauce similar to soy sauce. The front desk asked if we wanted cleaning service, we refused, and nothing more was suggested. They should have mentioned this program and asked which credit option we preferred, but they didnt and immediately gave it a donation to the wildlife center. Ive stayed here multiple times since 2004 and I understand the cost of upkeep and upgrades, but staying at the hotel makes it harder for locals to get a weekend stay. It is worth saving for

The rooms were too old, as they used to be in the 1980 s, but everything worked fine, the gym was great, and the indoor pool was very cool. The staff were so friendly and helpful Especially the girls who were checking in.

The attitude of the employees was pleasant. It's located in a great area with many activities to enjoy. The facilities were also great. I also like the free sauna, hot tub, and heated pool.
