El hotel está muy bien cuidado y la atención por parte del front desk fue genial, mostraron excelebte actitud de servicio, siento que el hotel pertenece a una familia, y lo atienden ellos mismo, por qué el trato fue genial. Felicidades

I highly recommend this hotel, pricing was great! Even with the pet fee. The room felt very comfy. I will definitely come back to this place if I go to Charlotte NC again!

We arrived on a Friday night and the A/C was working great however, it stopped sometime in the night and it was 80F when we woke up. It was at 68 for sleeping. The next morning maintenance came to the room and reset the unit. and it worked fine for Sat. night. Sunday night it happened again. This time it was 77 @ 1:30am. so hot we had to switch rooms right then. It was a nice upgrade and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. There is some maintenance to be done and hopefully things like A/C units will be near the top of the list. They did have a bar in the lobby. It would be nice to see that again. A nice frosty one after a day of sightseeing would be a highlight. Would we stay here again? YES

Our room came with a portable AC rather than a central one. Was making noise throughout the night but i didnt mind it. Could be annoying if you need quiet space to sleep

Check in was quick and easy. Bed very comfortable and clean. Shower water is hot and refreshing. I had an issue with the tv but the staff addressed it immediately. I’d stay again.

The room was clean, could have had Kleenex, parking was good, some a bit dark near the front, A/C unit in room was a bit loud, staff was friendly and very helpful! We will stay here again next time through.

This hotel is a gem in Charlotte, especially for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well designed. AC was a little loud and slight damage to the room that could’ve been better unkept but nothing that took away from the stay. They did have a sign with a strict linens replacement fee schedule and a sign about no locals allowed from within 50 miles for hotel “safety.” They have a cool downstairs area with a bunch of little games and a direct walkway to Fortune Wok which was absolutely delicious.
