The location was close to the historic places we wanted to visit, as well as the restaurants and bars. An easy walk to it all. A friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious and plentiful breakfast! We loved sitting out on the balcony in the late evening to pleasantly unwind after a busy day.

Highly recommend this inn! Perfect location, delicious breakfast, and outstanding staff who were genuinely kind and accommodating. The included parking was very convenient, with the lot located just a short distance from the inn. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Walking distance to historic district and Right across the street from Columbia restaurant. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was clean. Our room had a private entrance right to the street so it was very convenient to get in and out. The breakfast was made to order and delicious! The outdoor patio where break was served was quaint and private and the gentleman that cooked for us was incredibly kind and accommodating. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Love this place …. Quant, simple very clean. It’s right in the middle of everything so very convenient for exploring and walking around. It has changed ownership in the last week so there were a few little things like we had a hard time getting in our room with the lock system but everything else was great they have a homemade breakfast and the woman that does the cooking is an amazing chef, the food was outstanding. She is great. The beds are comfy.

Everything about the Spanish street Inn was nice, clean and had a warm ambiance to it. The owner and his staff were all nice and friendly. The owner has good taste in decorating the entire property, and was so humble and kind while we stayed over at the room Orchid for three nights during the New year's. There was a small hiccup where our door didn't unlock, however he came to have it fixed and made sure we were okay. Also, the breakfast were beautifully served. The property sits in the middle of the historic downtown, walkable, is a perfect spot and the people admire how quaint and charming it is. We will definitely come back!

Enjoyed our 1 nite stay. Pulled up to the inn, checked in, dropped bags then drove to the parking lot 1 short blk away. Room had spa tub & a comfy bed..great location for on foot sight-seeing. Breakfast for us was very good; other reviews said continental breakfast during the winter, but we had eggs Benedict, salad & were soo stuffed..skipped dessert!

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! The customer service we received from Ryan exceeded my expectations. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners & co-owners one by the name of Brian. (Pardon as I can’t recall the other gentlemen’s name) Ryan was so welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The attention to detail truly elevated the entire visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service. Looking forward to return in the near future! Thank you all!
