This room and hotel were great, clean, maintained and pet friendly! The reception isn't open early of late but they made everything pretty easy so it didn't end up being an issue for us! I was a little worried to find no air conditioning when we arrived but the fan worked well and with a screen on the door to allow the waterfront breeze in, it was fine.

Wonderful helpful staff. Newly remodeled rooms are sizable & very comfortable. Proximity to the bay (across the street) provides great views & easy access to all types of facilities If returning to area would definitely stay here,

The hotel was great. Very clean and staff was very friendly. The hotel was currently doing some remodeling and there was some noise, but during the day. Overall, it was a great experience.

The parking is always great at this hotel. The remodeled room was nice. The upgraded showerhead made the water pressure seem better. We always stay in a corner suite and found the balcony to be lovely (as usual). The remodel on the room did remove the bath tub, this was a downside for our stay, as we enjoyed the tub. With how large the bathroom is, perhaps one could be added. Overall great stay.

Our stay at 456 Embarcadero Inn & Suites was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views right from the room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to Brandon at the front desk—he was incredibly professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Morro Bay!

Stayed one night on our way to Monterey. 4 adults. We brought our GSD and border collie. Dog beds were provided- our dogs LOVED their beds. Room was clean and very quiet. Staff very pleasant. The area is dog friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful property close to everything. Our view was amazing. Hot tub was clean and well kept. We had the family suite and it was fully equipped and roomy. Property located at the quiet end of the embarcadero which was great, with very little traffic. Big elevator! Yay! If I am forced to make any suggested improvement it would be to have a tv in both bedrooms instead of just one. But that is seriously the only snag we ran into, easily remedied with a laptop. We will most definitely stay here again. All 6 of us fit comfortably.Beds and pull out couch very comfortable, lots of places to sit and relax and enjoy the view and the sounds. Thanks!

Upon arriving, the young man in the office was very nice. Parking was great, area was clean. Room appeared to be recently remodeled and looked beautiful. Nice little balcony with a table and two chairs. Coffee and water was available in the room along with robes, and the usual shampoo conditioner shower gel, toilet paper was good too. My only complaint was the bed, but that's always my complaint in most places, it was a little bit too hard for my body composition. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. The place felt safe and it was quiet. It was within walking distance to a marina, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!

The bay was visible from our room and the deck had atable and two chairs. The hotel itself was clean and very quiet at night. Wonderful coffee and eateries very close by.
