Room was very nice. Located near the red line. Staff was very helpful. Could use a microwave in the room.

Great customer service and rooms were clean. Breakfast and parking additional cost

I had booked a twin room, but the front desk staff assigned me a room with a large double bed instead. When I went back to point out the mistake, I was told—to my surprise—that there were no twin rooms left; however, after I insisted, they did eventually switch me to a twin room. I consider this an act of irresponsibility and discrimination against me! There was an issue with the room's cleanliness; after showering, I unwrapped my bath towel and a large clump of hair fell out—it was disgusting.

Our stay was amazing! Check-in and check-out each took less than a minute, making the entire process quick and seamless. The hotel was clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the thoughtful touches we really appreciated was the complimentary infused water, coffee, and tea available in the lobby for guests. There were also several comfortable lounge areas where you could relax, meet with others, work, or watch TV. Although we didn't use the gym or the pool, we took a look at both facilities, and they were quiet, spotless, and well-maintained. Our room was very comfortable, and the beds were incredibly cozy. The bathroom was one of the cleanest we've seen in a long time, which was especially refreshing and appreciated. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the beautiful surroundings, with easy access to a nearby park, made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Chic boutique hotel across the street from a beautiful natural area. Ask for a courtyard view.

Highly recommend! The location is less than a 5 minute drive to the Alewife Station (Red Line) into Boston. The room and bathroom were both very clean and the beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Parking is only available on site at the Hotel Garage which is $30/day. Expensive in my opinion, since that's the only place to park, but it is what it is. Front desk staff was very friendly when checking in.

I have a broken foot. The clerk allowed me to park in the handicap space overnight to limit walking to & from the parking garage. Valet parking was unavailable at 9pm when I checked in.

Room size is excellent (Not like others AC Hotels). Smells new and close (7 minutes walking to the Subway Station - therefore Boston!)

You have to pay for the breakfast and parking which sucks. Great staff though and very clean rooms.
