Hotel was great. Location for what we wanted to do was perfect. Disappointed that the hotel pool was closed for a special rental. Did not have access on 4th July night. Would have been great to watch fireworks from there. Another point. Starbucks does not give coin change when paying in cash. I understand pennies but when it’s over a dollar for the times we visited I find that alarming for the general public. Why not add the change to a gift card. There is no reason Starbucks gets to keep the change. I should say dollars. Moving on. Will definitely stay again. Your associates are game changers. Tell them thank you for a wonderful stay.

The resort was well maintained and up-to-date. The room and the facilities was clean and well kept The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable however, at times the restaurant was understaffed so it took longer to get meal service

When we went inside to the bar to order, the young woman who helped me was very cordial, kind, and pleasant; however, I was wet from the pool, and the manager—along with a short, bearded waiter—confronted us rudely. The bearded waiter threw towels on the floor next to us, glared at us, and told us in a very nasty tone, "Next time you come in here, you have to put on shoes." I told him to be more polite to customers and not to speak to me that way. I walked away to wait for my food, but as I turned my back, I heard him shout a profanity. I ignored it because today is my birthday, and I didn't come here to let anyone—or anything—ruin the day for me, my nephew, or my family. Worst of all, the bearded man spoke to me that way in front of my nephew—a child. That really upset me; I feel it is disrespectful for customers to be treated this way in a place like this. It was a very unpleasant experience.
