Rooms were very spacious and easy to access. Plenty of parking near your room so little to no walk to access your room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy check in and out process. Took little to no time. Breakfast was served until 10am and was very good. Cute and spacious eating space compared to other places we have stayed. Outside pool has a kiddie area and a water slide on the bigger pool. We didn't have a chance to use the pool as we were running around doing everything else the area had to offer but lots of people seemed to enjoy the outdoor pool. They also have an indoor pool which looked very spacious and had plenty of room around it to sit if you are watching the kids in the pool or just want to relax around it. Housekeeping was very friendly and super helpful! Location of this place was great. We were able to walk to The Island, local activities, and some resturants. We drove from New Jersey so the less time in the car the better. Loved the views and sunsets you could see from here as well. Highly recommend for anyone especially any family trips.

Everything was great. We have been coming a couple times a year for about 8 or 9 years. We have only stayed there. This time seemed different. Housekeeping always changes my bags when I sit them out and puts cleaned towels this time they didn't. The other guests seemed the partying type. This is the first time my husband has said maybe it's time we look for another place

Pleasant stay! No problems at all. Had everything we needed! My granddaughter loved the pools. Our housekeeper was great! Shower was clean and had good water pressure. Breakfast in the mornings was good and convenient. Great location!

For a short notice one night day, we actually really really enjoyed the property. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great. Everything was clean. The complaints. I really have is that the toilet in our room was a little loose but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

From the start it was a great stay. The front desk ladies were very friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The pool was nice and clean. We normally travel to Pigeon Forge 4 to 5 times a year this was the first time we have stayed at this hotel. This will going forward be our new place to stay when we travel to that area.

The slide at the outdoor pool is the coolest I’ve ever tried! Fast! And good for littles too. The kiddie pool is great and so is the hot tub. Loved the property, location and staff were great. Pancake maker is fun to watch too!
