Excellent hotel. Only issue was parking. The garage that hotel has a partnership was full and we had to fund another place with full price and no discount.

This is a hip, nice, clean hotel that also works for people who might not be that hip and cool. I really just want a comfortable quiet place to stay when I come to NY but love the vibe and you can have both at the ACE Brooklyn. If you want to have a drink amongst both the Brooklyn locals and visitors from all over you can pop downstairs to the bar--which is always busy. There's a wonderful workspace where you can do some work with a coffee shop steps away(also very busy). The only problem is there aren't many restaurants really close by but the hotel restaurant is really good. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff is kind and very 'cool'. Don't know how they pull that off but, they do. Highly recommend.

Room and bathroom were super clean and well-maintained. Hotel provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, as well as lots of towels, etc., and a hairdryer. In room fridge and mini bar, as well as bar in restaurants downstairs in the lobby. Great convenient location in Brooklyn close to the subway, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. Rooms for a very quiet and beds were comfortable.

Amazing clean well located hotel. Lobby bar is the best. Linkage to black seed is great. Staff always friendly and super helpful.

99% excellent. One drawback...Their shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles need to be labeled better. I ended up showering with the shampoo but, the silver lining was was it did smell so good. Still, I couldn't read the description on any of the three bottles.

I LOVED the Ace in Brooklyn. Loved the location, proximity to coffee shops and spots to eat. The rooms were spacious and the staff was incredibly nice. This was a great hotel experience without feeling stuffy, or uppity--cool factor was high, pretentiousness was low. My favorite combo. Thanks, Ace. Can't wait to come back.

A luxury hotel like The Ace should not have cheap/poor toilet paper.
