I had an amazing stay here! The property is lovely and it was so peaceful to have coffee on the front porch in the morning. The room was so clean, spacious and peaceful - and the staff is so friendly and accommodating and super quick in responding to any requests. I can't wait to stay here again!

We booked this on a complete last minute 4th of July whim and could not have been happier with our stay. Beautiful carriage house with full kitchen and enough room for my husband and I to have our own spaces when needed. Classy decor and hvac worked efficiently on unexpected 100 degree days. Can’t wait to go back. I also highly recommend Rockport as a fun, quintessential New England coastal town - especially on July 4th. I strongly recommend the Addison Choate!

Another great stay! Close to everything and most importantly, the most comfortable bed! Our room was beautiful and the common areas were enjoyable (first time we ever used them). And the A/C did the trick for this crazy heat wave!

This place is an absolute gem. Walking distance to the town center, free easy parking, immaculate room and thoughtful hosts made for a perfect escape. Cannot recommend this place enough and will always stay here if we take another Rockport trip.

Thank you for a wonderful restful stay in Rockport Mass. The staff was very helpful and Marshall was very good to us. The parking was a plus and within walking distance of the village. The room was outstanding and thank you for the wine and sweet candy as reward for beng a platinum member. I hope to visit again. Linda & Nanette

We chose our stay based on walking distance to downtown Rockport, parking, and reviews. We were not disappointed. We loved the owners' amenities and attention to the building's history.

We enjoyed the place and had it pretty much all to ourselves for two off-season nights. The house is beautiful and we walked down to the waterfront to have breakfast both days. it was a very enjoyable stay with easy entry, ample parking and excellent water pressure in the shower.

This is the absolute perfect B&B. It was charming, beautifully decorated, full of amenities, and walkable to all the central sites. The owners were super hospitable and referred us to the perfect dinner restaurant. When they learned my husband and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary, they welcomed us with beautiful red roses and chocolates. Also, the bedding was luxurious and the bath was high end. I would definitely recommend Allison Choate to anyone wanting to stay in Rockport.

Addison Choate is an absolute gem. From the moment you arrive, the artistic vision is breathtaking, every corner curated with impeccable taste, blending warmth and sophistication in a way that feels effortless rather than engineered. The decor strikes a perfect balance between playful and polished, with charming unexpected details that keep you constantly delighted. But what truly sets it apart are the communal spaces: inviting, lively, and joyful. We loved getting late night pizza and listening to records :) If you’re craving a stay with genuine character and beauty, Addison Choate is a must!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was too warm at night and made sleeping more difficult. We had to open the windows! The voucher for one of the breakfast places wasn't usable as they are on winter hours and there is only take-out available (Lattof Farms?) We wanted a sit down breakfast. Otherwise, the acccommodation was clean and roomy. We liked the space outside of our room to sit and read as well.

Immaculate, cozy, incredibly designed unique “hotel”! The in-room coffee pods were even our favorite Peet’s flavor. Perfect location to walk to everything. We’ll definitely return!!
