It was a pleasant stay, the security front desk is friendly and maintenance is always on call, thanks for the great experience. I can sleep peacefully without disturbances feeling very happy.

I've been staying at the affordable hotel for about a month. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The security on the premises is very safe I love that my kids can go outside and play without any altercation. The location of the hotel is convenient to the expressway. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I wasn't advised of the security at this motel. I arrived to check into the Yo Decanter today, but I was there because Yo Forest Park was another story! I didn't have to pay any fees from hotels. Com, and they were just swapping rooms. Well, this motel had a deposit that I didn't know about. When I arrived, the owner was very formal, and he told two people in front of me that the rules were also enforced. I initially said rules., Do you see where we are at. Yet, I understand why as it was my first ghetto hotel experience wasn't too terrible. I told him my story and said I would pay it if I needed it but let him know my situation and circumstances surrounding it. The owner was so kind he said you know what ill pay for you! Om amazing! He may have had power to do it, but the fact that he did not take me as a black man in the hood doing wrong. I didn't care how the room looked until this point. Why, because I discovered to allow the remote and I would be getting up in a few days to make them nice color copies for each room. Why, he gave me instruction on how to use it but I couldn't recall everything and it was nearly 12 hours before. My first time, he came to my room

Quite, good rates, employees were friendly...rooms could use a good carpet cleaning ,new paint and upgrades but for an old hotel it wasn't so bad and I enjoyed my 2 week stay,

Well... if you're looking for a hooker this might be the place for you. The actual accommodations were fine. I mean for $31 the beds were fine, no bugs, etc.

I did get there late, however, I was told to go inspect 2 rooms and pick the one that looked the best. I did. No remote for the TV ( they had given all of them out), so the front desk person on duty did extend my check out time to 12:30. No towels in the room, period. Fast forward to the next day. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door trying to rush us out of there, even though we had an agreement, on file, to leave at 12:30 and this particular lady was rude about it. All in all, the stay was terrible.

No towels in rm had to get them frm frt desk then when I got bk frm store realized no tv remote, went to take a shower water would not come on knob just would spin around n around. Rm was lrg but no table n chairs to eat at or do my paperwork at. Although, Lady at desk was very nice

The price is great for low income indiviuals. But you get what you pay for. A run down room with an out of date T.V., no bath soap, one towel, no wash cloth, and just one sheet on the bed.

Smells like a pack-a-day smoker died in there and is decomposing under the bed, & I'm pretty sure the carpet & curtains were growing mold. That said, it has A/C & 2 locks on the door for peace of mind, and if you're spending $30 on a room then you're not really in it for the amenities.

I wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy. The rooms are dirty, our sheets clearly had old blood stains all over them, the tv had like 10 channels and no remote, the water in the shower randomly changed temperature, the heat/ac barely worked, the fire alarm went off at 2am both nights and lasted for 3 hours the first night and over an hour the second , people fight, yell and knock on doors ALL NIGHT LONG! And then my husband was solicited by a prostitute in the parking lot... Expedia should not book any oF their clients here!

It was horrible condition. The room was dirty , no A/C, broken toilet, dirty, no telephone, no mini fridge or micro oven, bad smell, TV did not work, no towels, a lot to mention...
