Although I never want to cause any issues, I merely looked on my phone as I was worried about anyone. The young man who welcomed me was incredibly courteous. The establishment in general is charming, more like a condo than a hotel room. However, I noticed the windows were open as soon as I entered, which I would always do, but there was a real body odor in the space. The reclining sofa and carpet could benefit from thorough steam cleaning or would be completely rebuilt. The pillows have a musty scent. Pillows must be cleaned. Or replaced. The bathroom's corners were filthy and dusty. The baseboard needs to be cleaned. Although I respect the coffee maker, please remind people that they must bring their own coffee. The to in the bedroom would not function. I just turned to my cell phone instead of worrying about someone. However, it would have been lovely. Maintenance personnel should check that these components are working. You don't want to have to stress the front desk employees after a busy day or without a doubt having to travel for a long time. All you want to do is get everything working. There were a few dead insects nearby.

I have stayed in many hotels, and my experience here was fantastic, especially at the price! I'm in a wheelchair, and on October 19 the whole place, including my room, was very clean, well-kept and blemish free. The bathroom was accessible if you need a portable shower bench for the tub. Ronald the manager was very friendly and helpful.

This place is not great. We checked in the room, the manager was friendly, and he gave us the room keys. We had requested a king bed, but they gave us two double beds instead. A minor inconvenience, but no big deal. Everything was ok until the evening.. We didn't know that this motel was a smoking motel. The room area had a scent of cigarette and cigar smoke. We went out for a bit, and when we got back, another family was coming to stay in our room! We went down to the lobby to get things done, and the manager had mixed things up the first time. I was a little irritated, but I took it away. That is until the key didn't work again, and I went downstairs to the office, but no one was there. The door is closed and lights out. I called the number on the door paper, and the manager told me to check the door box, which we did. There was another key inside, and by this time, we were very tired. When we pulled the covers and noticed two black stains on one of the sheets. Hair was also on the cushions, and the comforter was crawling with insect bites. We decided to cut our losses and leave immediately. We won't return to this place.

My sister and I were visiting for her medical visit. We found an affordable suite online and decided to call to find out what our options were. The manager Ronald made our reservation over the phone. My sister has a wheelchair and needed a disabled room. After driving for 5 hours and a medical appointment later. We entered the suite and were greeted as soon as we entered. Ronald went above and beyond his call of duty. He even assisted with getting the bags out and to our rooms while I assisted sister get out of the car. This was our home away from home, with everything we needed. If it werent there, Ronald was sure that it was available. What had begun as a stressful day with a serious medical visit turned into something beautiful. My sister was in tears because of the compassion shown to us. He had no idea what we had already gone through. Our one night stay was fantastic beyond words. Ronald, I appreciate you so much. See you on our next journey.

Stayed for five nights while my mother had a medical procedure. I was treated like family, and Ronald handled us exceptionally well. We couldnt have chosen a nicer place to stay. The layout and courtyard are both excellent, as are bistro chairs and tables in every room, as well as communal grills. Very spotless. Every room is meticulously cleaned by housekeeping. I have never been quite as enamoured by that before, but I have now! I truly cant say enough. Ronald, I want to thank you and your team for brightening up what may have otherwise been an otherwise miserably moment. I appreciate it, and I can't wait to go back.
