Underneath our bed were left over empty soda bottles and an empty bottle of wine or liquor. The sheets and the brown blanket were gross. The carpet was so dirty it turned out feet black. The top of the refrigerator was dusty and dirty, the microwave had not been cleaned, and there was a brown watery substance dried and stained on the side of our toilet. I spent an entire day bleaching and scrubbing that room because after booking this room for our stay, we could not afford to just up and change hotels while waiting on a refund.

Clean Room, parking excellent. The only thing is to update the washers and dryers in laundry room.

It was really more my fault that we were disappointed when we first got there because I was envisioning more of a hotel and not extended stay place. We arrived at 3 o’clock and had to call the property manager, which was listed on the door to check in, but the wait was only about five minutes. The first room we were given had an odd smell, but the property manager remedied that immediately and switched our room. She was also very responsive to any needs that we had while we were there. The facility is a bit older, but our room was well maintained.

The prior reviews were correct! Greeted with a knowledgeable hello & instructions on how to get to my room and where to park. The check-in was super easy. The room was large, extremely comfortable and very clean. I look forward to my next stay!

Affordable Suites of Quantico was surprisingly one of the best stays I’ve found in the area. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and actually affordable, which is very rare around Quantico. I really appreciated having a kitchenette because it made it easy to cook and save money during a stressful move. This is a great option for families PCS’ing to Quantico or anyone needing a longer stay without feeling cramped. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the rooms felt more like a small apartment than a hotel. I honestly hope the owners keep the prices reasonable because places like this are hard to find nowadays. Definitely recommend.

We have stayed at this location a number of times because of value received for the price paid. Always clean and more than just the necessities. You could actually cook in the kitchen, which has a full sized fridge. Not luxurious, but quite nice accommodations.
