First, I'm gonna just qualify what I'm saying for what this hotel offers it's an excellent property. The location is absolutely killer. You walk right out of the front door onto the Venice boardwalk and bike path. The beach right there happens to also have public bathrooms and showers so if you go and take toys down to the water, you can rinse them off before returning to your room. Other than I feel like my room was laid out backwards, I love the view. It was very airy and light. I didn't find I needed earplugs. I found the noise to be very normal and in fact could hear the waves put me to sleep. My room was adorable. I love the brick wall. It's a non-smoking property thank God, but I imagine from the other guests, they are 420 friendly.

All the staff were great, and location was incredible. Older, but well kept building. Patio bar was next door, but the room was well installed from sound, so slept very well. I would highly recommend. Very secure entry,

The location is perfect, right on the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The location of this hotel is superb, just facing the ocean and the beach. The room was very nice, clean, and with a good size. The room in which I was had a very nice view of the beach. The only thing I noticed was the unusual late checking of 4 PM, which most hotels waive as rooms become available, but not this hotel. It was really inconvenient for me, but to be fair, it was disclosed as part of the booking, so I patiently waited. Otherwise, this is a very nice hotel to consider.

The location is definitely what you're paying for. The hotel is older and authentic so if you are looking for luxury, this isn't the hotel for you. That being said, the staff and location were phenomenal. You can leave the front door of the property and walk to beach in literally 30 seconds. The view was amazing. If you want parking close by be prepared to pay extra, but all in all it was a great location to stay and my partner and I had great time. Would definitely return again!!

This is a great property at a great price you’re located at sort of the end of where all the shops are on Venice Beach you go to the left and you go to the shop Store muscle Beach go to the right you go towards the pier for the value, it could not have been better. I found it to be clean safe, not noisy at night either good bar right next or almost built into the hotel. Good food right across the way. I definitely would stay here again.
