I would without a doubt return to this hotel. During the homecoming weekend, I remained here overnight. The personnel was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is not unusual, it is simply clean. The bed in my room was very comfortable, which was only what mattered because I wasnt staying long. I particularly liked that there was a kitchenette with a fully functional microwave and a fullyfunctional refrigerator, which allowed me to store food I had purchased without worrying about it going bad.

There is no complain about this place. The hotel is strategically located next to Sun University, its clean and quiet. The front desk staff are helpful. For breakfast is simple with granola bars, new muffins, coffee and hot tea.

I've been to several extended stay American hotels, but this one is by far the best. I honestly believe that if you have a problem, they will do everything to fix it. Excellent management and employees. The manager at this location is a tireless worker. Cabbie goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone is taken care of. She has such a fantastic positive attitude even when she is in trouble. It is no wonder that this location is run so well with a manager like this. I also value hardworkers like Chi and a few others. Chi is always proactive and optimistic. This woman knows how to deliver exceptional customer service. She is always attentive and eager to answer any questions I might have when I walk up to the front desk. There is also a tall man who frequently works at night and he is just as fantastic. I can't recall his name but he is unquestionably a kind and diligent person who makes an effort to ensure that everyone is taken care of. I'll always stay here because the pricing and customer service are excellent! Everyone continue to go above and beyond!
