Fantastic stay for one of the most affordable stay in South Beach! It's located away from the very tourist hotels along the beach so much quieter, however, the restaurant below gets pretty loud on the weekends..... Hey, you are in South Beach! Located about 15 min walking distance from the beach. The renovated room is quite small but clean and comfortable, AC works well and small bathroom is sufficient. This is not a hotel by any means, no front desk, nor amenities. However, the host contacts you periodically by text to make sure everything is ok, and the service was top notch. Will definately stay again!

The room had a very nice retro/vintage vibe to eat, we found it very cozy. Had enough room for all 5 of us and communication with staff was easy. Air conditioning was great and access to the property was secure, which is a plus when you have 3 young children with you. Parking was the only challenge, however a parking garage was about a block away with plenty of parking, although it was pay to park. Overall a great place!

It was kind of hard to reach out to someone for questions but other than that it’s a good place to book at because there’s a free bus that takes you to the beaches.

The property was great, didn't realize it wasn't a normal, and I needed to text them to get gate and door codes, but once I had it was great, will be staying with them next time inam in Miami

Very nice place, well located. The Air conditioner broke during our second night so it was hot in our room but outside of that, very very good quality/price ratio

Bed is very comfortable I must say. Have to walk up one flight of narrow steps not my preference when having and carrying luggage. There is no refrigerator microwave in the room. There is a wholesfoods 2 blocks away. Keep in mind you can't store anything in the room unless it's ok being un-refrigerated.

Basic room it was ok. Not enough towels and one of the beds had a blood looking stain on it, not sure. The floors weren’t clean I had to use one of our towels to clean the floor

Didn’t have enough room for everyone to sleep. With 6 people, 2 people ended up sleeping on the couch bunched up. Sad to say I doubt we would use this again.
