Great property! Staff were friendly and available with suggestions. Location is central to many restaurants and tours. Definitely will stay at the Pickney again!

The hotel is lovely. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was very nice, beds very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the room otherwise it was perfect. Breakfast was awesome! Also so close to everything. $35 per day for parking was worth it as the lot is right on the property.

From the moment we arrived I felt welcome. The rooms were clean, breakfast was the best hotel provided breakfast I have ever had. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and kind. The location was perfect, we had a double double room and the size was spacious.

Hotel is in a great location within 5 minutes to the Charleston City Market. We were able to check in early. Room was nice. Air conditioning worked great which was needed given the heat & humidity. Bathroom had lots of towels. Hotel provided water bottles in the rooms and had a cooler outside filled with water bottles for guests. Breakfasts were good - be aware that breakfast is served on the 4th floor of the other building so we had to travel to the other building. The elevator was not working so it was inconvenient climbing up four floors. I am not sure how other guests were able to manage the climb though. The elevator was down for 3 days. Food at breakfast was tasty - they use a catering company so we had biscuits, two different quiches, breakfast sandwiches, sausage and bacon. There were pastries as well. They host an afternoon wine and cheese event but they pour the wine and hand out a plate with a few pieces of cheese, salami, and fruit. Each day they have a light snack in their lobby (think cheese straws, candied pecans) and cookies at night. The food was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and the Southern hospitality.

I loved everything about the Andrew Pinckney Inn. Perfect place to stay in Charleston. It's on a quiet street yet walking distance to most of what you want to see. Our room did not have a view but don't know whether other rooms did. The rooms are in two separate buildings and we had to walk across the street for breakfast but that turned out to be not a problem.

Not your Standard hotel. There are 2 buildings. We stayed in the Townhouse. This building does not have an elevator but the Bellman assists you with luggage. The other building, hotel side does have an elevator. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be making a return stay. There is an evening wine and cheese social. Most downtown areas are within walking distance.

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was delicious each day. The staff were very very friendly and personable. Valet parking was very easy as long as there wasn’t any other car being parked or pulled around. It was in a great location close to everything!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfectly situated just a block from the City Market and most of the restaurants on East Bay St, making for a quiet retreat in the middle of it all!
