My check in was very smooth. Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and nutritious. I love everything about this hotel. I didn’t use the pool, hot tub or gym but I heard people having fun at the pool area. I stayed at this hotel just for 2 nights to attend a friend’s graduation. I have no complaints with this establishment. Thanks.

The staff are great! Breakfast also pretty good! Hot breakfast available. Waffle maker is a bonus! Pool, hot tub, gym and a relaxing patio are why we stay here everytime we're in the area. The only weird thing is that for the last couple of bookings, we stayed 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned. We had to get towels from the front. The do not disturb sign was in our room. Not sure what we did wrong. No biggie. Just weird. On another note: Room 1101 bathroom light is blinking, air con is making clanking noise, and the toilet tank is busted. Need to jiggle the chain to fill the tank and jiggle again to stop the water. I forgot to let the manager know before we checked out. Still, it's all fixable. We will stay here again!

It’s a great option if you have car and want to visit Ann Arbor. The rooms are clean and American breakfast is included. It’s like 10 minutes from UMich campus and downtown.

Everything was really clean. Honestly I was a little nervous and checked the bedding and the mattresses. Everything looked and smelled very clean. I used the jetted tub, was nervous about that too, but it had a very clean smell when I turned it on, and didn't see anything gross in the water lol. The staff was friendly and the hot tub was great! We enjoyed our stay! =)
