Great property. It's currently under construction but it doesn't impact the main area. Great location, clean, and has the best charm with live music every night. We all loved it in my family. The carpet and paint in some of the exterior areas are dated but not a major issue because everything else is perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Not only was the breakfast actually good, the coffee in my opinion was good too! The room was nice and tidy, property and area was very dog friendly, gorgeous views all around. The hotel is well situated too, you can walk to the main downtown area and tilquepaqui art area too… if you wanted to. The pools were clean with fresh towels out. Definitely want to stay here again! The only downside was the circle K alarm next door went off nightly for us and woke us up. But it’s hardly the hotels fault. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. I wouldn’t recommend Mesa restaurant, it was by far the MOST expensive meal we had our whole trip and we didn’t order full meals even. Just a few sides, a margarita and a chicken salad. Definitely not worth it.

They have a full breakfast - so many options! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The concierge Patricia was so helpful in getting things booked for us and giving us many recommendations. The room we stayed in had a balcony that looked into the red rocks. So beautiful. The property is very easy to access and is central to many area attractions. They had several activities and a place to look at the stars at night. So much to offer! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again 💜

The views and access to the surrounding countryside was very good. The singers at night were entertaining. The view from our room was excellent. Only had one minor issue with a staff member at check in.

10/10 stay. Was in cottonwood visiting family for Valentine’s Day weekend and decided to go up to Sedona with my toddler for a little staycation. The property was in a good location, parking was easy. So much to do on the property, my son and I enjoyed morning hikes on the trail that takes you to the fireplace that overlooks the town. Room was very spacious, I loved that the shower and toilet were separated from the vanity/sink. Made getting ready in an efficient time super easy without all crammed in 1 bathroom. The patio was super spacious as well and the furniture provided was comfy. I loved that we could walk to circle k for some late night snacks perfect for a hungry toddler. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice stay. Live music by the pool one evening. Walkable scenic vista above the hotel. The coffee in the lobby was empty twice and there were no diet drinks for sale. There was a walkable convenience store right next door for those that gotta have those.

The hotel was very clean and smell nice. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially Patricia she was friendly, warm, and knowledgeable about the area around Sedona. I would definitely go back again.
