It’s a shared bath and kitchen with a very clean and well equipped kitchen with my favorite espresso included . House was quite clean and comfortable. The room and Queen bed were pleasant . I noticed very few other guests during my midweek stay. An excellent value in my opinion. Good location.

Location was ok, traffic was on the loud side but can be ignored. Parking was somewhat ok, when I got there one car literally blocked the entire driveway that could have hold 4 cars, but I guess they did it because they didn't want to be blocked in. The place smelled good, kitchen was very clean. Bathroom was also clean, a sign needs to be displayed saying clean up after yourself, would definitely go back,

Room was ok... no amenities, walls are paper thin.... you can hear everything! Couldn't even watch local channels on the TV. Bathroom is shared. The outside of the house looks sketchy. Great location though.

For a small house, there are many rooms. Shared kitchen and bathroom as stated. Exterior has some work to be done. Interior is okay.

It's not a hotel. It's a house with separate bedrooms that people stay in. You will share a shower with others at the house. Toiletries and wash cloths will not be provided.

This was portrayed as a hotel. It was a house turned into 1 bedroom facilities. 4 parking spots for the whole building. No response from owner when we arrived late due to a delayed flight. My son and I left and just found a regular hotel. I guess you pay for what you get. Lost my $75

The hotel was not even a hotel. Looked more like a low custody penal facility with a shared bathroom and stove. The staff wasn’t available to take calls but insisted on communicating through text. My guess is that they didn’t speak English & wanted to use the translator app to understand me & reply. & don’t even get me started on the parking situation. I took one look at the place and knew I wasn’t staying there with no concern if I’d get a refund. I basically donated to these people by not even staying a night & booked a real room & the La Quinta Inn Hotel on West Cypress.

It’s not a hotel. It’s a hostel. You have your own room but everything else is shared. You don’t have your own bathroom nor are the bathrooms organized by gender for safety. The parking situation is a nightmare. It’s basically a frat house. The host won’t talk to you on the phone. Only text. They are not up front about things. I as a single woman can not justify staying somewhere where I don’t have complete privacy. It’s not safe. And I do not recommend. I left immediately. I didn’t bother staying.

Listen, this is incredibly deceptive. This is a shared house where you will share a bathroom etc with other people who may or may not be safe people. I don’t think this is appropriate to put on a hotels app since it’s Not a hotel.

This has been the worst experience of my life the owner and his girlfriend were very rude. Actually she wasn’t she tried to tell him to be nice but the overall experience is not worth any amount of money. The property is run down No towels no wash rags no soap the bedroom had no windows or closet literally a jail cell couldn’t pay me to stay there for FREE! When I asked the owner for toiletries he responded “ you got exactly what you paid for” in the description. I said these things come standard at any accommodation. He flung his arms and said “ I don’t have to talk to you anymore” and walked away. Again …. STAY AWAY
