Hotel staff were nice and gave great dining recommendation's. Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn’t a suite as hotel name suggests. Outside grounds had a lot of strewn garbage laying about unfortunately. Only other issue was unreliable taxi service-security kindly ordered for us but arrived very late after a second call-not a hotel problem but an issue for guests.

Rigtig fint til to overnatninger - pænt og rent og hjælpsomt personale - det var lukket i receptionen da vi kom men jeg havde fået en besked om at vagten vidste vi kom så det gik rigtig fint. Beliggenheden til centrum var perfekt.

Rooms were updated and clean. Road noise was loud. Not located in best part of town. Warning signs in parking lot about safety of lot.

The most comfortable bed!! Problem with parking. Their lots were full. It’s down town so folks who should not be parking in the Aspen lots took full advantage. We were stuck with on street parking and that was frustrating. They need to get better control of their parking lots for guests only. The staff was super friendly.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war soweit okay- die Toilette aber nicht wirklich sauber. Auch das Waschbecken wirkte nicht gut geputzt. Ansonsten machte das Zimmer einen recht neuen, gepflegten Eindruck.

It’s very bare bones; fine for a quick work trip. The walls are very thin; you can hear your neighbors opening and closing their doors and moving around. The blinds were broken in my room, and they didn’t attempt to service the room until the evening of day 3 into my stay, which I had to say no to because I was getting ready for dinner and rushing to leave at the time, and on the next day in the late afternoon I had to ask them to service it. Other than that it was fine really. A few nice staff members. It’s walkable to downtown but not in the mix of everything by any means.

We were locked outside at 11:30 pm for close to an hour. I had left the key card in the room. I was told if that happened there was going to be a night security person. He came for work when we were locked out and also couldn't get into the building. He was very nice and really tried every option but I had a child with me and a flight to catch. He was eventually able ro get a guest who could hear the pounding to let us in the lobby. He didn't know how to make us a key and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone on rhe phone until close to an hour. Very stressful. Also the overflow parking lot had nonguests staying in their cars.

The A/c didnt work, so we were actually told to sleep with the windows open... the street was very loud. We were offered a breakfast voucher but that didn't mean much when all that was given was cold cereal, and and egg sandwich. Also, sketchy people in the hallways walking up and down making loud noises

Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available and I was placed in a substitute room that did not meet my needs. I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities.
