The rare motel room on the east coast with a balcony on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. We were on the first floor of the pool and a few steps down from sand. The floors and bed were in excellent shape, and the room itself was incredibly clean. Balcony furniture appeared to be new. Although the room isn't huge, the location and balcony make up for it. We bought boogie boards and other gear at the nearby remy store. While it was not annoying, we could hear the walk in the room above us. My only complaint is that the ac's proximity to the entrance door and in the closet area made it difficult to circulate cool air. A fan in the room would be a fantastic addition. This establishment isn't extraordinary, but it was a well-maintained, welcoming and adequately equipped motel with a fantastic location.

I would recommend it to people looking for a place to stay in the area. There is nothing to beat about the view and location of the ocean. The rooms are extremely clean and in a great position. I adored watching the waves and tide come in and almost up to the structure. We came during offseason so it was fairly quiet. The only thing I would change if I came and stay again is to have a top floor room because the person below us stomped and stomped continually and then woke up at 4 am and started again. Everything can be heard. The people who operated the place were extremely friendly and kind. I liked being able to walk down the steps and have the ocean at my feet.

trip to a favorite place last minute. Love the balcony room with new slider doors and new privacy panels on the balcony that are so much better! Beds are incredibly comfortable more on the firm side and have many channels. Cup coffee and refrigerator in the room. They have a pepsi machine next to the ice machine by the pool. Love that this is a pet friendly and smoke free facility. Parking is tight so it's hard if you have a large vehicle.

A very highly recommended hotel. I've been staying here for over 11 hours and every time I've been here, I can't get any more sleep than that. The beds in this room are comfortable and the cleanliness is good. The staff here is very friendly. This hotel provides an amazing shower room which is also convenient, for you to sleep with the window opened, and I can enjoy the sea breeze and the waves rolling in.
