Super convenient to the airport, just walk out the door. Staff were friendly and helpful. Donna's Diner behind the hotel is great too.

Nous avons eu un petit souci en arrivant, mais résolu. Cependant l'hôtel est à 2 pas de l'aéroport et rénové complètement. Très bien

This place has done a complete makeover/remodel and it is wonderful! Steps from the airport terminal and Donna's restaurant which has some pretty good food! We travel to Juneau every year and this will be my place of choice!

The staff are very helpful, understanding, and kind. The new facelift on the building is great and I will gladly stay here anytime I’m passing through Juneau.

Bit loud due to Airport being across the street but also perfect because airport is across the street. Brand new clean smell and the Manager is amazing and so is the night shift guard. If the breakfast amenity was available and the bar/food ooen then it would have been perfect!!!

Probably the nicest, newest renovated motel on that end of Juneau.

Remodel was in progress during my recent stay, but the upgrades will be well done from what I can tell.

Room 139 was cleaned but it’s next to laundry room. If no one do laundry after 10pm then the room is perfect. I loved it and quite good. During my stay AC/ hot in bedroom is not working. It can be cold or hot. Thanks!

We recently stayed at Aviator Suites in Juneau and, overall, had a decent experience. Since the hotel had literally opened the day before our stay, we expected there might be a few growing pains, and there certainly were. There was still evidence of the grand opening rush throughout the property, including construction equipment outside, painter’s tape on hallway walls, a non-functioning ice machine, and a laundry room that appeared unfinished and disorganized. The lobby carried a strong new-paint smell, and the toilet in our room had a noticeable rust-colored appearance that was a bit off-putting. That said, there were positives. Check-in was smooth enough, and the daytime staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful. Most importantly, our room was clean overall, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel. With some time to work through the opening-day kinks, this property has potential. For now, I’d consider it a promising new hotel that is still finding its footing.

Be aware there is only one entrance in and out of the hotel and it is key access 24/7. No available staff after 11pm. Good access to the airport.

The facility is new. The staff was unprepared. The room was wrong (1 bed vs 2)! So someone had to sleep on sofa bed. The staff just said 'Oh well this is all we have left tonight.' The only thing good about this place is the location to the airport. if that is all you are looking for then this place probably works but you will NOT have any other good feelings from staying in this location and we were not the only group that you could hear complaining in the lobby!

This property is under construction, undergoing a full renovation, it is not ready to be open yet. It has been open for four days when we arrived and was a gross misrepresentation of services and failure to provide the accommodations advertised and paid for. The property was marketed as a suite hotel with fully equipped kitchens, complimentary breakfast, and a fitness center. The restaurant and complimentary breakfast were unavailable, and the gym was closed. The suite was not equipped for cooking as advertised; it lacked a refrigerator/freezer, cooking utensils, dish soap, the ability to wash dishes, no can opener, no corkscrew, no wine, glasses, and no basic kitchen supplies. Additionally, there was no hand soap provided in the room. For safety, the ground-floor window would not lock, despite the room being located across the street from a homeless shelter. These missing amenities and safety concerns substantially reduced the value of the accommodations and did not match what was advertised when the reservation was booked.
