The property was clean, the rooms were small and you could hear through the walls. It just wasnt great for the price point. We have stayed in nicer bigger places with more room and amenities that were less expensive.

We booked this hotel for the fact that it’s listed as having an indoor pool. Trip is for our daughter’s birthday present. We were not made aware that the pool was unavailable until we were checking in. I wish they would have notified Expedia. We would have booked elsewhere had me known. Also, comforter in bed is stained. Looks like it could be a blood stain. Visible while bed is made. Unsure how that staff missed it. Everything else in the room is clean. Nice touches in the bathroom.

Perfectly fine hotel. A little complicated to get to, but that’s the GPS fault not the hotel. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Free coffee machine didn’t work the one time I tried it so that was kinda lame.

Apparently this hotel is new. I can’t remember who checked us in but they could only tell us where the elevators were- he did not know much else. And then the fire alar kept going off until almost midnight then started going off again at like 6am. The first time it went off I called down just to see what could be going on.. no fire so we stayed in our room then about every 39 minutes it would go off again then went on for a good couple hours. We decided at midnight if it went off again we would leave go to another hotel and request a refund. In the morning after loading our things fire alarm still going off - I spoke with the morning person and they said it had been doing it for multiple nights. And NOTHING was said about it when we checked on. That is why I’m giving this hotel a 2 star.

There was no hot water in our room. When we turned on the bathroom sink, there was cold water but when turned to only hot nothing came out. We mentioned this to the front desk along with the dirty boot prints on the bathroom floor as we were leaving for dinner. Asked if we needed to move rooms, to please give us a call. Heard nothing! When we tried to shower the next morning, there was no hot water in the shower and still no hot water in the bathroom sink. When we checked out we told the front desk of our situations and she quietly said, Oh, sorry. There was also a post it note in the room saying the window shade was not working. This being a new facility, we also noticed several post it notes throughout the hallways and facility. Front desk people were flustered and made excuses that they were newly opened and fully booked. Which was not a good way to handle customers who had to take cold showers! Very disappointed with having no customer service, had to wash face in cold water before bed as well as take cold showers the next morning. Even more disappointed that this wasn't addressed by the front desk when brought to their attention.
