We were thrilled by the quality of our stay here at the Balfour! From the moment we arrived, everything was prepared for a perfect vacation - the location was perfect and we were able to check in early for a $30 fee (very reasonable in my opinion). The front desk staff were kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. We were immediately provided with a list of amenities offered by the hotel that we hadn’t known about, including loaner beach towels, free beach chairs/umbrella, and free yoga classes on weekends. The pool, courtyard, and rooftop spaces are truly phenomenal! We loved our room as well. The hotel has a great aesthetic and the space was quite cozy. It’s clear that the building is a bit on the older side, but everything was in good repair and we had no issues. The only thing that would have made the room better was some more space for hanging up wet towels/swimsuits. The AC worked great, so our room was a comfortable temperature the whole time, although I’ll note that our AC unit was a little on the loud side. I would be remiss if I didn’t give a shoutout to the hotel restaurant and the staff there as well - we are there 2/3 nights and enjoyed delicious food, amazing service, and the incredible atmosphere. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the Balfour and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced but comprehensive hotel experience. Thank you to the kind and diligent staff there who made our experience so great!

Everyone was more than accomadating , as a solo traveler I felt safe. This location is close to everything and just a 2 min walk to the beach. Rooms were clean , hot water and ac working just fine. Housekeeping visited everyday and were kind and welcoming.
