We loved everything about our stay! Everything was so clean and nice. I texted them to ask a question and they answered promptly and efficiently. Perfect location on the Banana River yet the beach is across the street. We were excited about the paddle boards and we took them out and we were out on the water for hours! This time it was just me and my significant other celebrating our anniversary and it was just perfect! Next time we plan to come back with our girls! We live about a hour away so just perfect! Thank you so much!! We can’t wait for the next visit!! 🤗

This property was a very nice find. It had a beautiful view of the sunset and the room we chose was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. The property was lovely and the view from the deck was even better. Our two concerns were, our first evening was extremely chilly outside and there was no way to control the air conditioning and the second night was quite warm and there was no way to control making it cooler. I wasn't prepared to not be able to control the thermostat. My most important issue was even though the string lights made night time gorgeous on the property they were also like spotlights coming in to the bedroom window. The room would darken much better with curtains instead of blinds. We stayed in room number 10. Overall we highly enjoyed the property and would definitely consider another stay.

This is the perfect spot! Relaxing and family or adult only friendly. I love that the paddle boards and kayaks were there to use. The house was very clean, modern and had enough supplies for the time we were there. We cooled the entire time and everything worked great with no issues. The beach is a short 3 minute walk, but the road that need to be crossed is busy there.

I was surprised that we had to share a air conditioning thermostat with our neighbor and they controlled it however the staff helped me out with that issue and they were very kind the room was very clean and the stay was a very pleasant highly recommend you replace shower head and handle.

Loved it here! We spend a couple of day at the beach and a couple of days on the river. The location was quiet, and peaceful. The beach isn’t full near by just the way we like it bc it’s easier to keep an eye on your kiddos. We truly enjoyed our days on the river kayaking, swimming, etc. we will definitely be coming back.

Room was clean and tidy and fit our needs for the 3 days we stayed. Very pretty back patio space with access to the Banana River. (No beach towels on site, so plan to bring your own.)

Deceivingly wonderful!!! When you initially pull in there is a slight pause & passing thought of “what did I book”?! The first thing you’ll see is a lot of gravel, trash cans and misc stuff that appears to no longer have a purpose. The building itself feels super dated from the exterior but once inside you’ll be beyond pleasantly surprised! Very clean and updated! A well appointed granite kitchen and clean tile floors will be your first glance. Bedrooms have clean and fresh linens! Bathroom is modern and again towels and bath mat are fresh & clean. Very nice large smart TVs in all bedrooms and living area. The dock out back is in terrible disrepair and needs immediate attention but all the water toys are available as promised. Would def stay again! It’s a shame the outside property looks like a dump and the waterfront decking is dangerous. A little clean up in the yard and some new decking would go a long way. However…Highly recommend!!!
