Amazing location, lots to do right outside the hotel. The room itself was nice and comfortable. There were a few cats in the main lobby area which we loved.

La chambre était propre, salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnel! Là petite cuisine est bien équipée avec plaque, casserole, poêle, tosteur ect.. Dans le hall, plusieurs produit de beauté sont disposée gratuitement comme du shampooing, gel douche serviette hygiénique ainsi que des denrée alimentaires laissée par les ancien locataire. La propriétaire est super abordable et souriante! La literie est top! Nous avons super bien dormi, la clim fonctionne parfaitement! Je recommande! À deux pas de la plage!

The studio we stayed in is very spacious and clean, complete with kitchen amenities including refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, filtered water pitcher, plates, glasses, cups and other utensils. The guesthouse's location is very close to everything, including stops for public transportation. Easy walk to the beach. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Host is very responsive to messages. Overall, it was an excellent stay. We'll stay again if we ever go back to South Beach Miami.

The location was very convenient and easy to find. Room was tidy and clean. The courtyard was welcoming and had a few cats that were very chill.

This place was clean, had everything we needed, comfortable and in a great location. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Only negative (which didn’t bother us) is that it is next to a loud street, so if you are an early sleeper, it might bother you.

I don’t like pets but other guest there had animals and it wasn’t obtrusive to me. The facility was clean and none of the animals were in my way. My room was clean, the staff communicated well, and I couldn’t tell that animals were on the property.

The property was clean and felt like home. The staff was super helpful and nice. It’s pet-friendly and had everything you need in the kitchen. The property felt like I was in a Spanish colonial home.😁

Ich war nun bereits zum zweiten Mal hier zu Gast und bin wieder sehr angetan. Besonders für Katzenliebhaber ist dieses Apparthotel ein absolutes Highlight – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. ​Was mir besonders gefallen hat: ​Personal: Das Team ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben. ​Sauberkeit: Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden, alles ist top gepflegt. ​Ausstattung: Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Von den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln über Badartikel bis hin zu Reiseadaptern ist alles vorhanden. Das spart viel Stress beim Packen! ​Extras: Ein toller Bonus sind die Strandstühle, die man sich unkompliziert ausleihen kann. ​Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Für meinen persönlichen Geschmack sind die Betten leider etwas zu hart. Wer also einen sehr weichen Schlaf bevorzugt, sollte das eventuell einplanen. ​Fazit: Trotz der harten Matratzen ein wunderbarer Ort, den ich aufgrund der herzlichen Atmosphäre und der tollen Ausstattung definitiv weiterempfehle. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Guest house très agréable , entretenue propre. Notre chambre était très grande, seul bémols la lumière ( besoin d’un masque de nuit ) et le bruit de la rue la nuit Idéalement située et très sécurisée Je recommande les yeux fermés

Great location for restaurants, beach and Ocean Drive. Older hotel like all the others in the area but a cute place. Cats do live on the property but they were not an issue at all. A/C works well.

Loved this hotel so much!!! Room was so cute. Location was PERFECT. Walking distance to most everything!! Cat hangout in the lobby area, so cute. Staff was very friendly. Beach chairs & towels free to use!

A/c and ceiling fans worked well. Staff very nice, room clean. Easy access to shops. Property is dated Which is fine, however the peeling paint in bathroom and kitchen should be addressed.
