If i could i would leave 10 stars for hospitality and atmosphere. Even our fellow guests were exceptionally friendly and engaging. Don't bother looking elsewhere in the area. This is the place to stay!

The Bavarian Manor House in Purling, NY is a wonderful and beautiful restaurant and hotel. The Staff are EXCELLENT, Friendly and Helpful. The Restaurant downstairs has wonderful food and service. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Great Place -will come back soon in the Fall. -Dennis Watson

A visit to a very cool old school country inn. The proprieter and all the staff are really wonderful. The dining room experience is legit. The place itself is beautiful with a pretty lake on the grounds. Rooms are good. A little on the small side as is the bathroom n shower but the water is nice n hot and the bed comfortable.

This summer, the northern Catskills were geared up for the weekends. And since we arrived on a Monday, both the restaurant at the manor and most of those in nearby towns were also closed. But we made do with the peace and quiet, and had some wonderful drives through the mountains. And on our final night, we had the whole porch to ourselves, drinking a bottle of wine at sunset with ice and glasses that the owner Stan brought us from behind the bar.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. This is a great older property with wonderful touches. Breakfast was awesome. Not for those who want amenities. Bar was quaint. Stairs up to rooms.

A beautiful nostalgic inn full of charm and history. We loved the cozy feel of the inn, and the wrap around porch is gorgous with plenty of room to sit and relax. They allow pets which is huge plus. The owner and staff are delightful. The restuarant on site serves authenic German food and is devine. Your breakfast is made fresh and hot each morning to your liking, with a special baked good treat and fruit. We highly recommend this gem and will be back.

Love this place! Everything about it is great. The food is always delicious, and the owner Stan and his staff are amazing and accommodating. Even the other customers are super friendly . Im looking foward to going back again soon

This was an amazing B&B. The character and charm are very true to the Bavarian history behind the property and the owners.... The Bavarian German restaurant was incredible. The food and quality was excellent. The only suggestion is to improve the bed quality and size.

We had a great stay. The hotel was a step back in time and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and weren't quite sure what to expect because most of the food was authentic German dishes. The food was fantastic. The only problem was that the servings were so large, we were not able to order dessert! We would definitely stay there again.
