I stayed couple times , I didn't have any issues. The room was clean, tv worked, and was hotel for the price you couldn't beat!!!

After a long day I checked in with ease. The bed was great. It sits high, allowing you to be off your feet and get rest. The alarm clock was a nuisance it is the previous guest's alarm settings, I guess they keep going off. I just unplug it but I could hear a irritated sound from the next room.

Pleasant attendant at check in! Room was ok, TV remote would not turn on the tv, we turned it on manually by pressing the button on the tv, only one channel worked the rest were static. Went to the pool instead. The pool was a basic 3ft at one end 5ft at the other not very big, but very clean and refreshing after a long hot day at the Iowa State Fair. Beds were nice and comfy, air condition worked great! Next morning at 7am, went to get coffee in the lobby, there was a housekeeper having a not so happy discussion with the morning front desk attendant. I went to the coffee dispenser but it was completely out I asked the attendant if there was coffee anywhere else, she said no, but we can make some. I went into the space where the free continental breakfast sign was posted to get food for my child. I looked at the cereal, but then noticed there was no milk so decided to make waffles instead. After getting waffles cooking in the iron I realized there was neither butter or syrup for the waffles only grape jelly or cream cheese available. I also noticed at that time there were several other plates setting out on the counter with cooked waffles and toasted bread, now I know that was left by the family that was walking out with a crying child as I was walking in. I went back to the front desk but no one was there. I could hear people arguing down the hall. I threw my waffles in the trash, went back to my room, packed up and we left. We noticed to two police cars as we pulled out.

Tv did not work in room. 2 people tried and both said they would come back and never did! Didn’t offer a different room as a result of issues either. Ieven mentioned it again when checking out and got no where! Breakfeast was not stocked at all even though they had place and serving container for cereal

The room was clean the staff was good not to happy that i had no tv for my 2 day stay was told it would be fixed and if it was unable to be fixed i would be moved to a new room neither of thoes happened was not happy myself but dealing with three unhappy kids was not my idea of a nice get away

Room and Mattresses were fine. No towels, went to desk to get them. No pool, said in description that there was one. Continental breakfast was poorly stocked and was suppose to run from 6-9. At 8:45 door was closed and locked. Will not stay here again. I also needed this reservation because grandson was airlifted to Blank Children Hospital and he passed away on Friday morning and we did not stay Friday night. I was charged for both nights. I didn't have any protection so I quess I will eat the extra cost for the room I did not use. It hasn't been a very good week.

Furniture in room was broke. New staff couldn’t recommend a place to eat and didn’t know where anything was. Breakfast area was gross

We stayed for 3 nights, and our room was never cleaned or serviced. I had to go ask for everything when we got back to our room.Each night. Was told on the last night that we had to ask to have it serviced, wish we would at new and that when we checked in.

The place seemed pretty sketch. The staff was very helpful and nice but the rooms were dirty. I went to the adult store/bar/strip club/restaurant behind the hotel and they legit laughed at me for staying here. The shower was broken, couldn't get the TV to work, the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, but the bed was clean!

The hotel is very outdated. Coffee was cold. And the worst oart is there was a cockroach in our room. Staff seemed very unbothered

Breakfast wasnt fresh no coffee or juice the room looked like someone hadn't stayed in it for awhile nothing was plugged in the remote didn't even have batteries in it and the tv wasn't watchable since the card for the direct TV was missing and there wasn't any towels

The room was neglected and the manager was very confrontational. I will never stay there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND stay there.
