The room and common areas were clean, but more than that, the manager, Robin is a friendly, helpful, down to earth manager that keeps me going back. She will go out of her way to help a customer and with a smile. For example, this last stay, my ride was almost two hours past check out time. I Knew they were going to be super busy, so I couldn’t stay in the room late. She was able to clean my room last to give me as much time as she could while I waited for my ride. When I went to check out we chit chatted and I noticed that she greeted everyone coming and going in a meaningful way. On a different note, I worked in public housing for a long time and developed a phobia to bed bugs after dealing with them every day, so the first thing I do when I get into a hotel room is rip it apart and make sure there are no critters. (Don’t worry, I didn’t find a single speck of evidence that they had them). One thing I noticed was how much consideration they put into bed bug prevention with zippped bed bug covers on the mattresses, zipped covers on the pillows, and I noticed they even wash the shower curtain upon every check out! I’ve worked in a hotel…a nice and expensive one who never even considered prevention. Thank you, Robin and her team! We will keep coming back!

Wonderful hotel. My daughter forgot her pillow in her room. An hour after checkout I received a phone call informing me that she forgot it and that it would be waiting for us at the front desk.
