Property was definitely run down a little for the price I paid for the room. We arrived at 5 and our room wasnt ready yet, we were asked to wait 15 mins until we went up. 2 Vending machines were not working and one soda machine was empty except for 2 kinds of soda. Pool area was good and room was good. Would I stay again? Yes, I would.

Area was great. A little hard to find at night due to no signage but I found it. Rooms were big and clean.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Also the pool and hot tub are both out of order at the time which was disappointing bc it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They do have a jacuzzi room, which was what we booked thankfully and that was nice and worked properly.

Only thing was disappointing is clerk / male guy ( manager) told me I needed to place a credit card on file for room Which I paid for room in advance and that my card wasn’t going to be charged at all and I got a 40 dollar charge which resulted in my account a negative charge and when asked about charge he was leaving shift and thru. Hands up and didn’t care to explained! Also I paid for a double quiet room for 2 beds and when I arrived he didn’t have a double I had to take a one bedroom queen no refund in difference of adjustment, the elevator wasn’t working and I have a disabled child ! No one came to issue towels or pull trash whole stay ! I stayed 4 days !

We only had an overnight stay but it was comfortable and worth the money we paid for. The place is clean and located in a quiet location.

Check in and out was easy. Pool and hot tub not working when we arrived although that wasn’t not mentioned at booking. Breakfast was good, typical waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage links and biscuit and gravy, as well as a few bagel and bread options for toast. Overall good experience, was just my husband and I.

We booked a jacuzzi room for an extended Valentine’s weekend. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and as pictured. The staff was nice & helpful. Our only complaint is that we were wanting to enjoy the pool. It was shut down for a complete renovation. We wouldnt hesitate to wtay again.
