Very quiet and clean place to stay. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was great, polite, and helpful. A gentleman working in housekeeping offered to help carry my baggage when I was leaving at checkout. I had several trips to make, and he stayed to make sure I could easily get back inside to finish up. I do not believe it was in his job description to do so, and I greatly appreciated it! A BIG THANKS goes to the very tall gentleman for his hospitality—I'm calling him "Mr. Helpful!" I apologize that I didn't get his name. The location of the hotel is a bit odd and cramped next to another hotel. The parking is small area, however had no problem getting in and out. I recommend this as a place to stay if you are coming thru or to Wichita Falls,Texas. Thanks again to our enjoyable stay, Candace and Jason

We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was decent with enough options to get the day started. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was pleasant. We'd stay here again.

I was there 5 days. Easy access from road. Fast check-in & helpful, friendly staff. Common areas: Clean, inviting lobby with 24/7 hot beverage area (warm Otis Spunkmeyer cookies one night!). Location: 11 mins from Sheppard AFB (my main goal), & the local nature center (lovely, inexpensive, & one of the only things to "do" in Wichita Falls). Within 5 mins of Braum's (delish ice cream treats & good burgers) & Masala & Curry (excellent Indian restaurant). Parking: Just enough. Front spots were sparse. There is a larger side lot & key card opens side door. Room: With the exception of both nightstands, which were topped with obvious large sticky streaks, my room was clean & comfortable. Maintenance came on day 1 (while I was out) to replace the hair dryer that didn't work. Housekeeping made up the room once, the day before I checked out (used towels & sticky nightstands remained untouched). Breakfast: Offered were sliced bread and mini muffins, bananas, Jif, scrambled eggs, sausage links or crumbles, fresh chopped salsa (sometimes), flour tortillas, & "lite" yogurt, OJ or apple juices, tea/coffee. No gluten free options (including sausage - I asked, in advance). Pool: Cool and wet, but much smaller than appears in picture. With families using it in its entirety most evenings, the best time to go for an actual swim, was morning. No complaints. The Baymont suited the purpose of my trip and was reasonably priced for what it offered. I would stay there again.

Staff were friendly, room was clean. Was glad to get a room. My other hotel canceled on me that day. I got the last room available. The only negative was there were no towels in the room. Later after going to dinner when I returned I had towels. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was good. Surprisingly quiet even being next to the freeway. Another negative was limited parking due to painting the building. All in all was a nice stay. Stayed 3 nights.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rochelle who worked the front desk was awesome. She assisted us with our over stay and had great customer service. The only thing I would suggest is more breakfast options.

Clean room. Pool was out of service during my stay, so that was disappointing. Helpful staff.

Breakfast was good. Wish there was biscuits and gravy but sausage and eggs and waffles was good. Rooms were clean and lots of soaps and stuff. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Small pool but fun. We swam and had a great time.
