Front desk, housekeeping and food service are good. Bedsheets and pillowcases are new and floor are clean and hotel rates is good.

Yes, this is an older hotel. However, my room was spotless, smelled good and the bed was extremely comfortable! Their recent remodel is great… They got rid of the carpet and it makes the whole room feel cleaner.

For the price, this was beyond reasonable and exceeded expectations. Parking was convenient and plentiful. You can tell this is a super old hotel but they have done a pretty good job renovating. There were lots of areas that were clearly "landlord specials" to cheapen out, like painting over the entire door and fixtures with the same paint lol.....but despite all of that, it was very clean. Mirror in the bathroom was nice. Fridge was cold. mixed review on the bed....I was comfy but my husband woke up with a sore back. Pillows were great, I wanted to take one home. First morning, there was no hot water and the tub did not drain very well. The bathroom door did not want to shut. Hilariously, there is a sign in the elevator bragging about the WiFi, but the WiFi was actually useless. I had to do work using my hot spot. The TV was supposed to be connected to the WiFi as well, but it wouldnt connect, so we couldnt use Netflix or any of the smart TV features. Overall, it was a good stay. Safe, clean, affordable.

This is a 2 star motel for under $100 so I didn't expect much. When I walked in to the lobby, it smelled moldy and soggy. But I was pleasantly surprised by my upgraded and very comfortable room. I would absolutely stay here again. The location is great, the price was right. Very happy with my stay.

The room itself was good. We had multiple logistical things that got messed up (number of beds for example), the process of checking in was poorly done, and some elements of our room were missing. Our TV didn’t work until I fixed it myself thanks to YouTube, and our room phone was completely unplugged from the wall.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Plenty of parking. Breakfast- they need to hire more staff in the breakfast area for the weekend crowd. At one point there was no coffee for about 15-20 min. No muffins for at least 30. No real options for creamer and sweetner. The condition of the hotel itself was rough. They are obviously renovating but they need to do a lot of finish work The room needs a bedside lamp for reading instead of only bright overhead lights

The breakfast was only available on the weekends. Juice, cereal, assorted breadsand fresh fruit. Bed was hard as a rock. The shower water pressure was laughable.

This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues.

Furniture was newer, but building was really neglected. The room HVAC was extremely noisy (woke me several times). The curtains were only partly hanging and I work nights, so this was a real issue. The "restaurant and bar" were non-existant. I will definitly think twice about staying at another Baymont. I should have resisted to lower price, and book at a place I knew.

The tv in the room did not work properly. It cut off on us every 10 minutes because the Wi-Fi would give out. The curtains would not close. The window was busted on the corner. The rooms are not soundproof so the adjoining door makes it very difficult for you to get a good nights sleep because you hear the people in the next room. The telephone did not work at all. We left for the day and came back in our room key was deactivated. We had a family emergency but because we booked through hotels.com. they would not even accommodate that so we had to be gone for an extended period to take care of things and then couldn’t get back in the room. I tried to text the number that was provided to me to ask that they contact the people in the next room so we could get some sleep but did not get a response. The breakfast consisted of cereal a not much else. The area where you get sodas and stuff was practically empty. It looks like the hotel is being or has been renovated, but the renovations are not very good as the elevator didn’t even have the bar on the wall a it was all holes. I would not recommend or ever stay at this hotel again.

First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. Ok. Try to give some grace. Then as we are settled in and watching a show before bed….lights are low but with the TV on still bright enough that when I see movement out of the corner of my eye I turn and get to watch a 3+ inch cockroach walking across the floor like we were the unwelcome guests!! Immediately crushed it!!! Called the desk again and asked for an immediate refund and out the door we went!

I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. That was all topped off by coming back at the end of the day to find that my door had been left open by the cleaning staff. The woman who cooked the breakfast was very pleasant.

First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. Clean it up. Also when I went inside to let them know I had arrived and got my keys I inquired as to the cuisine of the on-site restaurant to which the attendant replied we don't have a restaurant… I was very upset about this because I booked the room based upon this factor. He asked if I wanted to see the manager and I said yes… The manager came out wearing a hoodie with sweatpants or jeans with stringy hair and looking not at all like management… She said well we used to have a restaurant I said well that does not help me at all. On the website it says that you have a restaurant… What kind of Manager doesn't update their website probably one who wears sweatpants to work. She was not accommodating at all I wanted to cancel but she told me I could only get my money back from Expedia since I booked it through a third-party. I was not happy about that as it was getting later in the day and I cannot drive at night so I didn't want to be wandering around looking for accommodations. The entire hotel is in a shambles except for the room which was updated and it was tolerable. However only two light

Don’t be fooled by the pretty photos of a modern looking hotel room, this is a low rent hotel. The folks at the front desk were nice, but I think the good experience ended there. We were initially given a room that turns out was already occupied (awkward…and very confusing to everyone - even the staff)! The bathroom in our replacement room was gross and needed maintenance: hair in the tub and sink, no hot water for the sink (only the cold water pipe was connected to the faucet), the tub drained VERY slowly, and the diverter valve that should have activated the shower only diverted about a third of the water. The room’s paper thin walls made it sound like the adjacent unit unit’s alarm clock was going off somewhere in our room. We were literally trying to find the iphone to turn it off before real realizing it wasn’t ours. Oh yeah, the TV kept turning itself on throughout the night - possibly someone else was unintentionally controlling it with a similar remote in a different room (once again, paper thin walls?) but ultimately I just had to unplug it. Pretty much everything sucked. Breakfast was a bare-bones free-for-all… The savings for this place wasn’t worth it.
