The service staff is friendly especially the checking person chrissy but the room could use some improvement and the heater maintenance so it doesn't make a clicking noise all night waking me up. Breakfast is good.

I was assigned here to a corporate team that stays in hotels across the country for weeks at a time. My company sent me the wrong list of guests and room count when I arrived. Thankfully, Cynthia was working the reception because other guests had come while sorting out my company mess. Cynthia was all sorted and everyone was in their rooms before the other guests noticed this huge mix. The only reason I wrote this review is because I wanted Cynthia to know that, despite the fact that my team is a bunch of nitpickers who kept her on her toes and she didn't even lose her upbeat sense, I really appreciate her kindness. Thank you, Cynthia.

The price was worth it in the end. Although the hotel was peaceful, the breakfast could have used some improvement. The hotel's check-in and check-out facilities were excellent. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, as were the bathrooms and rooms. I had to call the customer help number when the wifi was requiring a password.

The positives of the hotel were most of the time clean. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff refilled the towels every day and left more than 2. The blonde lady front desk staff was kind. The negatives booked this hotel because we needed somewhere more affordable but still decent. It claims to be a 3 star hotel. We have stayed at payments before and they have been comparable to a comfort inn. However, this hotel is no 3 star hotel. When we arrived it was snowing and past time allowed to cancel booking so we had no choice. Older hotel with thin walls and outdated furniture. Not terrible but really needs renovation. The first room we were in the to remote did not work. Went to the front desk to ask the remote fixed and also to let them know that a cabinet in the room was missing one of its drawers. We were asked many questions about what kind of room we had and if we had children in our room, if we had a king room or two rooms. I went back to the front desk and was told we had to move rooms to the second floor. So I had to pack everything up and move rooms at around 11 am. Then went to breakfast and the website said full hot breakfast. That was a blatant lie. They had frozen breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and cheerios. I don't think it was a coui
