I’m 6months pregnant and this place is just close enough to keep walking to the room from the beach to pee, eat, and grab anything left back at the room all day. It’s also far enough away so you don’t get all the noise from the boardwalk. The room was clean and cozy. The manager was attendant and friendly. The pool was clean and far enough back from everyone walking by to still be private. Walgreens is right across the street which is super convenient in case you forgot anything. Would def stay here again. All the amenities in the room worked great.

Although the motel needs a little refreshment, the cleaning was well done. The smallest room was perfect for lovers. After reading the other reviews, it is true that the bathroom is small, but it is completely functional. We loved our stay. In addition, we wish to thank the owner of the place from the bottom of our heart. We are grateful for what she did for us during the stay. By our fault, we booked only 1 night instead of 2. So the day after our first night, we should have emptied our room, but we had not done it. She tried to contact us several times during the day, but without success. She stayed all day waiting for us, she had to pick up all our things in the room to free her. Finally, she took the chance to put the room not available on the booking sites thinking we would take it back. That was the case, so we managed to take back the room that evening. We thank you for being understanding for our mistake, we are once again very grateful.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour a Old Orchard. Emplacement parfait pour un petit road trip. A pris de la plage, desaneges et du Pier. Il est clair que l'établissement aurait besoin d'un peu d'amour, mais sincèrement, on ne regrette pas du tout mon garçon et moi. Et que dire de Amber... "you're such a good person who took good care of us and the other occupants. You listen to our needs and that's what makes the of the Beach Motel. :) Hope to see you again next year! Your Neighbor from Québec!

We had a great stay the beach motel & suites. The hotel manager Amber went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay - and overall the staff was friendly and accommodating. The motel has a perfect location to the beach and restaurants… also good pool for the kids and easy parking on prem. We would stay again!
