Nice weekend getaway. Tranquil, older, compact apartment feel. Very clean, two story, 1st level covered parking for patrons. There is a huge public veranda on both floors, front side of building, big , comfy furniture to sit in and feel the constant sea breeze blowing in from the ocean front, just a few streets down. This ia also an extended stay, check rates. Plenty to do on Beaufort , waterfront, tour the historic area, all within an extended walk around the town. Very safe, can walk around anytime of night and nobody bothers you, police patrol to keep trouble away. Low key, town closes down after about 11pm, there are a couple bars that do 2am close. Great beaches, great fishing. This place welcomes pets! Small nightly fee. We will definitely return.

Great place for a quick trip. In a great location. Furniture a little dated and hard seating but overall great for the price.

Our room was a studio, and was very nice. Comfy bed, small kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Room was very clean and had most of the usual amenities (I might suggest a toaster!). Would definitely stay here again

Parking was good, next to elevator. Rooms were very clean, had a mini kitchen and full refrigerator. The room was a little dark inside but didn't stay in room during the day. Very convenient to everything. Very quiet here and a nice stay if your just stopping over for a few days. The staff were very nice. A quiet, nice room. 5 star rating.

Great location and love the area outside the rooms to sit and be together. The room was clean, The dishwasher was broken, but we were only there 2 days and did not use it. This is the second time we have stayed here for the Food and Wine festival.
