We got a king suite with a jacuzzi tub in the old motel building and we were surprised at how clean and modern it was. Had a slider out to the courtyard. This place was so cute! Definitely recommend!

When we arrived we were told the wifi in the hotel was not working and the staff told us "they had no idea when it would be working ". This was very disappointing. We could not use out computers nor could we watch television. There should be some compensation for our disappointing experience.

Hot tub was huge, clean & cozy! Ceiling needed to be fixed & painted. Lamp shade was cracked.... Heater looked like it needed a good wiping down. Staff was friendly. Just wish she would of told me where the ice machine was 😀 The car on blocks didnt really look good for the hotel with and it was a little shady looking.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower surround must be brand new, because it was sparkling clean! It was also a bit slippery, but there was a grab bar to hold on. The breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold options, a great selection of juices and coffee. Nice to have 2 wafflemakers, so there was no wait. The yogurt machine was new to us; we both used it and the yummy toppings. (Walnuts on waffles are delicious as well!). The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The pool and the hot tub were nice after a long day of walking around the tulip festival. The location was also great! A good vantage point to go to different places in the area. Overall a very nice stay and we would book again.

The workers are very friendly especially the lady who was working the front desk friday night! The room was very clean and it was all around a great experience!! If youre looking to stay somewhere in grand haven i would definitely recommend this place!
